Dr Lukash is AMAZING. One of the best doctors i’ve ever went to. So warm, genuine and honest. He took all the time i wanted when i went for my consultation. I was very nervous and still went back to him multiple times and now getting surgery with him, he made it SO natural and i got so many compliments ! He really changed my life in such a positive way I would 100% recommend !!!!! His staff was amazing and so friendly. he even called multiple times to make sure i was okay!

The OD was good, very detailed and efficient. The receptionist treat customers like enemies. I won’t go there anymore

I brought my 5 year old hoping this office would accommodate her. The staff and Dr were very friendly and patient with my daughter. My daughter will now need to wear glasses. Thankful Dr wants to do a follow up appt to make sure her prescription is as accurate as possible. I plan to bring my other children now

There Office isn't open often. You can't get anyone on the phone. They don't keep good records.

I have so many good things to say about this place! The customer service is phenomenal and Doctors Steven and Alan Jackson are extremely knowledgeable and have excellent bedside manner. Dr Steve Jackson performed surgery on both of my eyelids and I wouldn't trust anyone else to perform the same surgery. I've been going to Cottonwood Eye & Laser Center for 11 years and unless I move away from Utah, I don't plan on it changing any time soon.

Have been coming to this location for years ever since I was a child. Great customer service I've known the staff for years they're like family. Excellent place to come and get your eyes checked.

Very friendly staff,great service and the Dr and staff makes you feel really comfortable.

Staff is very unprofessional. I have called several times to speak to my doctor regarding my contacts with no call backs. Been trying to get these contacts for 3 months now. Tried billing the wrong insurance after I told them several times which policy to bill. Wendy in their office is a pathological liar....
