Everyone was very helpful. I had an eye exam and new glasses 3 hours from arrival to pickup. Jeffrey was a huge help picking out the right frames!

Jeffrey was excellent! Very personable and friendly. The whole team is very kind and caring. They give good advice and are very knowledgeable. Jeffrey was able to help me pick just the right frames for my size face. I have been a repeat customer here since I was a teenager. The whole team deserves praise for a pleasant experience and good customer service

Amazing customer service. They helped me to adjust my glasses properly in less than 5 minutes. Now I am very comfortable, this was a game changer. They just well earned a new customer!

When I made the appt I asked If he accepted Anthem and gave my member ID. Went to the appointment thinking no copay as my insurance covers medical and eye exams at zero copay. When I went there he said that my visit would cost $50. When I asked he said insurance only covered routine and he would do other tests and that would be not be covered and my copay was $50. He NEVER ONCE said that he is not in network with Anthem and that was my coinsurance because he was out of network. Disgusting, money hungry doctor. AVOID THiS CREEP!!! I have filed a grievance with Anthem. I will also file with Medicare.

Dr. Bowen has been and continues to be an excellent and trusted member of my medical team. She is an accomplished professional who has provided eye care to me for years and is now guiding me through the process of keeping my aging eyes healthy. Although Dr. Bowen is extremely technically competent; her demeanor is always congenial and reassuring. It has been a pleasure being a long-time patient of hers and I would recommend her highly for anyone seeking eye-care that will carry you through the many phases of your life.

Staff and doctor were very professional and knowledgeable. I did not have to wait long at all and they were also very friendly and courteous. I will definitely continue to get my eye care there. Very impressed, Great doctor!

Dr. Rathjens is always informative, pleasant and professional. Very happy with the service here. He educated me about the scars on my eyes and made it a fun experience. Thank you Dr. Rathjens. Will refer all my friends, and soon get frames here.

Dr Russi explained every details of my concerns. With her friendly and helpful tone of voice, she made me feel at ease And made my day. The same with Merriane, steps by steps explained the tests. Very supportive. Helped me addressed my concerns with my insurance concerns. Great place to be. I highly recommend their first class services And professional accommodation.

The most unprofessional eye Dr I’ve ever been to in my life. I wasn’t even comfortable to let him put the drops in my eyes. All the eye Dr. talked about was drinking and how he loves Long Island iced tea and having a drink for lunch. He just made me feel very uncomfortable I’ll never go back.

I thought maybe they would help me put lenses that popped out of my Pearl frames as a courtesy. No dice. Went in at 4pm the "optician" was already LOOONG gone, the three ladies in white lab coats (lol!) were doing nothing, and unable to do anything as simple as putting a lense back into a frame apparently. The millenial drone with the power of vocay fry croaked out a disclaimer along the lines of "all Pearl locations are independently owned and ...." but I was already leaving. Take note: This Pearl is just a franchise anyone can buy, not a mark of quality, not interested in repeat business, and not interested in customer satisfaction. This location sucks. End of story.
