I did my cataract surgery 1 month ago, and My vision changed a lot, Thanks to nurse Lisa, She can speak Chinese and makes me comfortable. And the front desk Vanessa is a very lovely girl. Dr Hung is the best optometrist!

DO NOT COME HERE!!! they will promise you glasses will be done in less than a week because you know some of actually need our glasses to SEE with. I called in advance to inquire on whether or not my sons glasses can be done within a few days because he needs his glasses. I spoke with the associates and they stated they had frames at the store and it would only take a few days to have it completed. The only reason I paid to have the glasses done here is because they assured me it would be done by the following Tuesday and they would follow up with me by phone. No ONE called me to say it would take weeks for my sons glasses to be done. All I'm asking for is my $150.00 back so Jane H. Liang please give me my money back dated August 29th. I will not pick up those glasses that Cathey your store manager is trying to force me to buy. We've been a loyal customer to your shop but, if I don't get my money back Mrs. Liang you will lose my business and this is because Cathey your store manager has the WORSE customer service.

If you want a competent optometrist who is very, very good at her craft, she is your person. If you want someone who will listen carefully to your ailments, and then ask well thought-out questions, she is your person. If you want someone who will patiently listen and address YOUR problems, she is your person. She you want someone who really cares, she is your person. I entrust her to the closest relative I love, and I confidently recommend her to anyone.

Worst!!! VSP insurance confirmed that this place shouldn't be charging me for PD measurements but they did!!!

Dr. Jack Shih, consider yourself formally on notice. On 2-11-2018 at approximately 5:20 pm, I came into this store to pick up my wife and 5 year old daughter. I had my one year old son in my hands as I attempted to enter this store. I tripped over your security gate lock which blocked over 50% of the entryway. With my son in hand, almost falling face down putting my self and also my son in harms way, I quickly regained my balance. In front of my wife and entire family, I quickly notified your employee of the dangers, fearing for my moms anticipated entrance into your store and her hazard as well. Both your response and your employees were, we are closed, with complete disregard for any patrons safety entering in your store. We not only had an appointment but my wife and daughter was in the process of selecting glasses. If you were closed, then lock the door and secure all hazards away from the public patrons whom enter your store. 1. You have a complete disregard for safety. 2. Are combative towards complaints which are originated for the public safety in mind. 3. You hide your business license in between files when they are legally required to be placed at a viewable location for the public. 4. You have made it so that it is obvious you should practice in other countries that will support your total lack of regard for safety and consumer affairs My name is David Chao

Was very concerned about my stage 4 cataract, I had the surgery 2 days ago, the surgeon was Dr. Lo's Daughter, Dr. Danielle Lo. as a Surgeon, is highly skilled, and deft handed, the true mark of a skilled surgeon, is how much trauma is caused by them while performing the procedure, there was no trauma, non, and she had to cut by hand, because I couldn't afford the laser, so thankful for the gift of my sight back, you are a master at your craft and I stand and salute you for your expertise!! Congratulations are in order, she just got married! Thank You Doctor Dan for being such a nice person, but also thank you for the gift of my sight back🙏🙏🙏🙏.

The front desk receptionist is incompetent and was incredibly hostile and disrespectful. I will not be returning to this office because he made my visit so stressful and upsetting. My insurance card clearly states that I have a $0 deductible but a high out of package maximum. But, he kept wrongly insisting that I would be billed because “you have a high deductible”. He clearly did not understand the difference but became irritated when I tried to explain. He said any additional tests done today would be billed because of this “high deductible”. His wrong statement influenced my decision to not get more tests. He could not even give me an invoice without a horrible attitude and made me repeat my personal information loudly in the waiting room. He could not do any part of job without being hostile, in addition to lacking basic knowledge. It is a shame because the doctor was great, but this individual makes me uncomfortable to return to this office as I don’t feel I will be taken care of. This person needs serious retraining or to be let go, as he cannot do his job in the bare minimum, let alone care for the patients.

This was my first time going to an optometrist and I must say I had a very very pleasant experience. Everyone was extremely nice and welcoming, especially the lady at the front desk. The office was clean and the doctor was very comforting and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend

Dr. Penn was very friendly and responsible. He gave me a little box of eye drop samples to use because he said my eyes were a bit dry. Very efficient and accurate.
