I came Here because my daughter told me how nice everyone was when she came and she was RIGHT as soon As I walked in I was greeted with smiles and helpfulness Isaiah, is so amazing he really made my experience. I can't wait to come back. He's so kind and really cares about his job you are so lucky to have him

In need of glasses or contacts…prescribed by an actual optometrist and not just bought online…in hopes that they will actually help? Well L👀K no farther!!! This King of Prussia For Eyes location comes highly recommended!! From my initial conversation to verify my insurance and schedule my appointment…it was Abir, who graciously answered my call and made scheduling against my work schedule a breeze! She was extremely patient, even after the 7:00 closing hour hit! Insuring she had taken my correct information and followed up immediately, confirming my insurance and granting me the much needed appointment for the very next evening. Upon my tardy arrival, I was greeted by Isaiah. Without hesitation he made me feel welcome and of importance. There was no sitting and waiting! He made me feel this place was the best choice I’ve made for my vision needs. Isaiah was very professional in every aspect of his work. He did a great job in both tolerating my nervousness when testing my eyes and was my right hand when asked “how does this pair look?” Isaiah I thank you!! And to my new optometrist Dr. Mary Nguyen…Never have I had a doctor so thorough and personable! She asked questions, listened and explained…all with a smile on her face!! For eyes isn’t about pushing expensive frames on you…and this location will prove it with there amazing staff of professionals!! Give them a try…you’ll “see”!!

I had a lovely experience today getting my exam and contact prescription. I have never used contacts before and the man who taught me how to put them in was so patient and kind. It really did take me a while and he did not seem frustrated/rushed at all which made me feel all the more comfortable. Tai’Janai at the front was so helpful getting me checked out. I had a very pleasant experience with her and everyone at the store. Overall I felt comfortable and that my concerns were handled with compassion and care.

While leaving this Visionworks, I told the staff there “This is some of the best customer service I have ever had”. I walked in planning to schedule an appointment weeks away to get contacts and I walked out with my own pair, thanks to the efforts of everyone there. Everyone did everything they could to give me the best experience possible, and it absolutely was. Niyahle was very welcoming and helped me to get on the calendar for an appointment for the same day. Dr. Seo (I believe) fit me into her busy schedule for an eye exam and was very nice. Daeshawn was very personable and friendly while I was waiting for my exam. And Tai’Jani was both patient and helpful during the fitting and made a phone call after to ensure what glasses I was eligible for. This was all within an hour at most, if that. Everyone collectively established the ideal environment I feel any and every customer looks for.

Sharing my experience with Vision Works. I did an eye exam and contact lens purchase on May 31st and paid $208.5 that day itself. Due to some reason, they were not able to fulfill the order until now. Today, I called them and canceled the order, as its been more than 3 months, and I ordered the contact lens for a soccer tournament. Since I don't need it anymore, today I canceled the order. Ideally they should be compensating me for making me wait for this long for nothing. But, what they did instead is, they gave me a partial refund. They charged $50 for my eye exam that day, which they didn't refund. I only did the eye exam for the prescription to buy the contacts. Don't understand why they can't just own their mistake and do the right thing here.

Gina Torres is amazing!!!! I took a friend who has Down Syndrome to buy glasses. Gina was so helpful in helping her find what she was looking for. She treated her like the independent adult that she is, while also taking extra time to meet her needs and go at her pace. So respectful, kind, and patient. Thank you Gina!!!

Rebecca and Gina went above and beyond to help me- in and out quite a few times due to my insurance issues. They were patient and kind and I got the best two pairs of glasses ever! Highly recommend 10 plus!! Thank you so much ladies! 💓 …

Rebecca at the King of Prussia location was more than helpful when picking out my daughter's frames. She helped find the frame that was the best size, shape and fit for her face. Rebecca was so patient, kind and understanding as we tried on many options. She then helped us figure out the insurance coverage and the best pricing for the different options when our insurance copay would be higher than what Walmart would charge. She is very knowledgeable and treated every customer that came in while we were there with respect and kindness. She made sure we had a great customer experience. Thank you!

The doctor is great; the staff of Pearl Vision a disaster. If the doctor wouldn’t be so great, Pearle Vision would have seen me the last time ever.

Evidently this place is under new ownership. Not very happy. Not happy with the start. I had no idea it was under new ownership, and they acted like I hadn’t been there before. I’m coming to them for an appointment that they contacted me for and I had to prove my identity to them which is ridiculous. I had to love that the assistant was supposed to measure my current glasses. She grabs the office’s 3-D lenses and tries to measure them. I had to tell her they were the 3-D lenses as she was wondering why she wasn’t getting a measurement. And I’m also pretty sure somehow between the time I arrive there, and the time I left, that my right lens on my progressives was scratched. Of course, I cannot prove it because I did not take pictures of my glasses before handing them over but when I went to put them on, there was a clear scratch. I most likely will not be coming back to this particular Pearle Vision. Although I will say, the doctor was excellent. They need new staff.
