I was greeted by helpful staff and checked in. There was only a short wait and then my eyes were tested on the machines. I was then seen by Dr. Williams. She is kind, gracious, professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend her to anyone seeking an eye/vision doctor. I feell this so strongly that I have been a loyal patient for many years.

This Warby Parker store offers a great shopping experience. It is a fun store with knowledgeable and helpful employees. They are informative, great at answering questions, and patient. Trevar was the person who helped me pick glasses and I thought he had an excellent sense of style. I'm very happy with my purchase. I would highly recommend working with him if you go there. He knows his stuff!!

I love Warby Parker frames and have been recommending them to family and friends! The staff at the King of Prussia Mall location is always so nice and helpful. On my most recent visit Adam was the best! He was so friendly and helped me pick out a pair of glasses in record time for me! I am really indecisive but he helped give me suggestions and narrow it down. He told me about the current sale promotion and answered all of my questions. Thank you, Adam!! I can't wait to receive my eyeglasses soon.

Such a great team at the Warby Parker store in KOP! A special thanks to Ave Maria. She was so patient, informative and kind. Found a great pair of frames that I love! As mentioned, others in the store including a young woman that helped adjust the fit of the frame. Can't say enough about how wonderful they were!

I went to Village Optical KOP recently and had a great experience. The staff there are super knowledgeable about my insurance and taught me a lot about the different types of glasses. Marc helped me and he found the perfect pair. The doctor was friendly and made the exam seamless. They also told me I could pick up my glasses at their Phoenixville office since it’s closer to home for me.

The staff here doesn't treat patients well and are pretty incompetent. I came in two years ago for an appt and it turned out I had scheduled with the Phoenixville location by mistake (I didn't even know there were multiple locations). … More

American Vision is the best optometrist and eyewear store I have ever been to; bar none! Everyone on the team there is amazing. I recently moved to Florida but elected to come back to American Vision to update my prescription and eyewear because I believe in them that much. Updated the lenses on two existing frames plus added one new set of prescription sunglasses and they handled the shipping and updating for all three frames flawlessly. Tori is exceptional. She knows her craft and handles everything with just the right degree of friendliness and precision.
