The best of the best. Love it here stopped seeing our old eye doc and cane here and they had it fixed within no time at all. All the staff was so kind and made my mom and I laugh and helped us pick the best plan for the right prices. I recommend this place over any eye place. Come here nd never stress over eye problem again.

Do not use this company, or store. Have received two pairs of defective glasses from them. One stayed in storage until now, and after a month, it has been slowly clouding until it affected my vision. My response was 'we can't do anything about it even though you're not the first complaint we've had from that time period' and 'call customer care' followed by endless hold. The best part was when the manager tried explaining to me.why the clouding was happening, and then later told me that others had been complaining, and maybe it wasn't supposed to happen. Top notch customer service. Do not use this location or company

I had the pleasure of picking glasses for my daughter today and the process was extremely seamless. Everyone was extremely professional from start to finish. I called in advance and the woman I spoke with was extremely knowledgeable about the policies and procedures. She welcomed us to come by and shop. When we arrived she remembered us and welcomed us inside of the store. There were available technicians to assist us and others in the store. Every person that arrived was helped promptly. Due to the large selection, my daughter and I struggled to narrow down her selection to two pair. We could have easily chosen ten pair! I was shocked by this as many other stores have less than ten pair total to select from for children. While we browsed the selection the general manager reviewed our coverages to help us make budget friendly choices. The process was fast and professional. I am extremely thankful that I chose this location. They really made a somewhat stressful process feel very easy.

I have been going to this store for a number of years. Everyone has always been great. They are so helpful. I love my doctor. Dr. Hakki is so great. She is very friendly. She is very knowledgeable.

This was my very first time going to a Lens Crafters location for my vision care and I truly loved my experience!!! Everyone was so friendly, knowledgeable about my eye health and eyewear products and they were so patient with me being so indecisive. I will refer them to others and continue coming here for my vision care

I had a great experience. Gave me back my faith in medical community. Doctor Cohen gained my trust within minutes of meeting him, which is so important to a patient and the healing process. Professional and caring staff. Not left waiting for long periods of time. I left actually looking forward to my surgery!

I was impressed to find that the front desk staff know my son by name. Very nice people. I would like if the doctor would take a bit more time in explaining things. I feel like I have to pry out information sometimes. He's been doing a great job of handling a complex retinal detachment for my son though, and we greatly appreciate it.

Came in on 10/31/23 for a 6 months check-up. Front desk staff is extremely rude. No greetings, no acknowledgment, attitude is unacceptable. Previous staffs were way nicer and much more helpful.

Had a great experience at the Katzman Eye Associates. Waited only 15 minutes and was seen by Dr. Nolan, who was very friendly, knowledgeable, and who thoroughly examined my eyes. She did a great job explaining my symptoms and I would recommend her to other patients. There is ample parking and the office is easy to locate when you enter the building. You must wear a mask in the office.

Waited an hour and a half and still didn't get to see the dr. And they still charged me the co-pay while I rescheduled. Some of us have jobs and can't miss 1/2 day of work.
