I have been seeing Dr. Zacchei for 10 years waiting for the right time for my cataract surgery. Alyhough i moved from Philly to Staten Island NY I had my right eye done today! It was done in minutes and he has a staff he can be proud of! Looking thru my left eye is like looking at a picture done in sepia. My new right eye however is like HELLO did someone just turn on the lights? Bright colors and clear vision ! C ant wait for the left eye to be done Thank you Dr. Zacchei...so happy I stayed with you. Couldn't trust anyone else!

DR. Zacchei, To this day I wake up not searching for my glasses. I started glasses in the second grade. Moved on to hard lenses, soft lenses. I feel like you gave me the gift of sight back. We always have a great experience at the LensCrafters in King of Prussia. Upon entering, you were always greeted with smiles. The staff complies with the requirements due to Covid. Everyone makes you feel at ease and safe. Dr. Kozak is amazing. She is so knowledgeable and thorough. She walks you through the entire exam and is open to any questions or concerns. The staff is always helpful after the exam to make sure your eye needs are met. They also have a good selection of eyewear. I highly recommend this office.

Went in for my bi-annual checkup. The staff is very friendly, the wait was short, and Dr. Eiss is fantastic. She is very thorough, courteous and professional, and her explanations and recommendations are clear and understandable. Also, the technology is really neat and the images taken of my eyes were interesting to see (and Dr. Eiss was great again in explaining what I was looking at).

Great experience with my optometrist and staff on my visit. Everyone was super nice and explained my eye and contact bill exam thoroughly. I was even given a $150 rebate for my contacts which I will be delighted to use and receive. Overall this LensCrafters location continues to be top notch.

I had a great experience with the staff at For Eyes. Abir was exceptional. She listen to my needs and was patient and honest with me. She made great suggestions and advised me on what options were best for me. The doctor was also patient and forthcoming with what she thought was best for me. I love my new glasses and can’t wait to get my contacts! Thank you guys!

I came Here because my daughter told me how nice everyone was when she came and she was RIGHT as soon As I walked in I was greeted with smiles and helpfulness Isaiah, is so amazing he really made my experience. In need of glasses or contacts…prescribed by an actual optometrist and not just bought online…in hopes that they will actually help? Well L👀K no farther!!! This King of Prussia For Eyes location comes highly recommended!! From my initial conversation to verify my insurance and schedule my appointment…it was Abir, who graciously answered my call and made scheduling against my work schedule a breeze! She was extremely patient, even after the 7:00 closing hour hit! Insuring she had taken my correct information and followed up immediately, confirming my insurance and granting me the much needed appointment for the very next evening. Upon my tardy arrival, I was greeted by Isaiah. Without hesitation he made me feel welcome and of importance. There was no sitting and waiting! He made me feel this place was the best choice I’ve made for my vision needs. Isaiah was very professional in every aspect of his work. He did a great job in both tolerating my nervousness when testing my eyes and was my right hand when asked “how does this pair look?” Isaiah I thank you!! And to my new optometrist Dr. Mary Nguyen…Never have I had a doctor so thorough and personable! She asked questions, listened and explained…all with a smile on her face!! For eyes isn’t about pushing expensive frames on you…and this location will prove it with there amazing staff of professionals!! Give them a try…you’ll “see”!!

I had a lovely experience today getting my exam and contact prescription. I have never used contacts before and the man who taught me how to put them in was so patient and kind. It really did take me a while and he did not seem frustrated/rushed at all which made me feel all the more comfortable. Tai’Janai at the front was so helpful getting me checked out. I had a very pleasant experience with her and everyone at the store. Overall I felt comfortable and that my concerns were handled with compassion and care.

While leaving this Visionworks, I told the staff there “This is some of the best customer service I have ever had”. I walked in planning to schedule an appointment weeks away to get contacts and I walked out with my own pair, thanks to the efforts of everyone there. Everyone did everything they could to give me the best experience possible, and it absolutely was. Niyahle was very welcoming and helped me to get on the calendar for an appointment for the same day. Dr. Seo (I believe) fit me into her busy schedule for an eye exam and was very nice. Daeshawn was very personable and friendly while I was waiting for my exam. And Tai’Jani was both patient and helpful during the fitting and made a phone call after to ensure what glasses I was eligible for. This was all within an hour at most, if that. Everyone collectively established the ideal environment I feel any and every customer looks for.
