Kind and informative with the exam. The tech who helps with glasses was super helpful. I was alone and indecisive about picking glasses because I didn’t have anyone’s feedback and he offered to help me. He made a few selections for me and they looked great. Overall so satisfied with my choice.

This place is awesome, the staff are so nice and helpful. Very fun atmosphere but still professional! They are willing to work with you if you have to reschedule which is super nice being from out of town. My son enjoyed coming every week for his vision therapy. He had fun with the games and staff. They make your kid feel so confident and good about the work they do. And Dr. Ryan is absolutely wonderful! I would recommend this place to anybody and everybody.

Set up appointment months in advance for them to send mail and let us know they rescheduled 2 days prior to the actual appointment. Having other appointments already scheduled for their rescheduled date. Either reschedule obligations that we already had set with other important individuals or reschedule the eye exam for another 3 months. Tried calling to speak with them prior to the appointment that we accepted the reschedule. for and I'm on hold for an excess of 12 minutes before I hung up. Upon arrival, the first 2 ladies were very nice and professional, then we got escorted to the "long room" where the next lady that tried working with my child was not natural with children at all. We tried this place due to the fact they work with special needs children but I seen nothing special with her way of practice, making my child very uncomfortable to where I needed to hold him to stop him from hyperventilating. I will NEVER go back there

My wife and I went in this morning to order a pair of glasses for me. The staff was outstanding! Very friendly and helpful. It was a very pleasant and easy experience, but the highlight for me was the owner's 2 labrador retrievers, Gucci and Fendi, who greeted us upon arrival! As an owner of labs myself, I felt right at home.

I just want to say a big thank you to these CARING nurses as follow; Kari, Camille, Lori, Tracey and the rest of surgical team for caring for my mom during her procedure. You guys ROCK!! Thank you ALL for your hard work and dedication to mom and other patients. Thank you for my making my mom and i visit a wonderful experience. If ever I hear of anyone who wants a vision cataract center, I will surely recommend this place. God bless!!

After a long search for a trustworthy place to get LASIK done, I found 20/20 Institute through Google—and I cannot recommend them enough. I had my surgery just yesterday and already have 20/15 vision (which is better than 20/20!) Every person I encountered was extremely professional and kind, and the doctor who performed my surgery has around 20 years of experience—and it showed. Going into it, I was extremely nervous (as I hate anyone touching my eyes or potentially affecting my vision negatively), but the team put me completely at ease. What really stood out was how thorough their process is. Pre-surgery, they have a detailed evaluation to make sure you’re even a candidate for the procedure. Post-surgery, they schedule both a 1-day and 1-week follow-up appointment, which speaks to how committed they are to your satisfaction and long-term results. If you’re considering LASIK, I highly recommend coming here!

This is the second time that I paid for a warranty to get my glasses replaced if broken or lost, only to be told that I was not even in the system so will have to pay for new glasses! This is very unprofessional and it makes me realize that this corporations don’t gaf at all!!!

LOVED this doctors office! Everyone was SO kind, helpful and knowledgeable. They let me bring my daughter (3 months old) in with me and were very accommodating. Can’t recommend them enough. I don’t normally write reviews but this place was worth it!

The front desk staff is absolutely useless. I had an appt last week, due to Covid I called as soon as they opened and was on hold twice for over 10 mins. One call rescheduled on hold for 20 girl on phone stated they were busy. Explained I had to cancel my appt due to covid. Today I had an appt for 9am, I wrote down my appt time and thought it was at 9:30-10 I called again, 9am and was on hold for several mins. I finally get in touch with the same girl at 9:16 and she stated they can take me at 9:30 I did advise her I will be there in a few mins and will be late. I arrived 14 mins after 9:30 and she told me they have a 10 min grace period… why wasn’t this told on the phone? Then I get a notification today at almost 11am stating my appointment is at 9. Not only is their system crap but so is the basic customer service front desk. I got so fed up I didn’t even want to rebook an appt again. Front desk should advise if there is a grace period!! Typically places will tell you 10 mins grace period or so I even tried to call again when I noticed I was 7 mins late and no answer. Why offer to book me an appt for 9:30 at 9:16 and not let me know of the grace period in advance?
