As you walk in your Immediatly greeted by front desk. For it being a small area for an office space it is very clean and organized. Front desk and staff are friendly and have great sense of humor. Your handed some paperwork to fill out. Get there 10 mins early. The doctor was surprisingly very young soft spoken sweet and knowledgeable. I was prescribed reading glasses. I finished my eye test and was shown to the area to pick out glasses. My eyes were dilated and things were blurry (as expected). As I was trying to figure out what glasses I would like!! I tried a pair on and even with blurry vision I laughed and said ohhh I look like my mom. I nicely declined glasses that day. I didnt get any pressure to pick out anything that day. My daughter and I ordered her first pair of prescription glasses a week ago. The office let me know that instead of waiting another week, her glasses just came in that morning! It was an overall great appointment. Would go back again for sure

Loved when it was Ginter, but have had nothing but problems since it has become myeyedr. The only reason we come is for the optometrist that we see. Very disappointed. The arrogance of the front staff is astounding. They were rude and unprofessional. When it came to my son is double covered and still wanted to charge us over $300 for his glasses without actually letting us see a breakdown of cost. When I asked to get his prescription the receptionist said pickup his glasses and I told her no his eye prescription she chuckled and acted like she didn’t what I was talking about. Do not recommend this place at all.

Always a great experience at Brighton Optical. Everyone is friendly and helpful. During the exam the doctor takes time to catch up since our last visit. I have recommended this office to friends and family.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Fairly good selection of frames. Insurance covered some of the cost but out of pocket costs were pretty high. Never paid that much before on previous pairs of glasses. Still waiting for the glasses we bought so I can't rate the glasses yet.

Dr. Pham is awesome! He and his staff has the perfect energy to make kids feel very comfortable. I definitely recommend them!!!

All my kids go here. I wouldn’t want to choose anywhere else. Dr Bonnie is not corporatized and is a very small business. Please stop visiting chains and support this office. They’ll treat you like family. Carol is the office assistant and is awesome. They’re both always very personable and are patient with the kids. They had some unique frames. We choose some that were handmade in the USA

I have been coming to Queen Anne Eye Clinic for 10 years and have always had a wonderful experience. Dr Lo cares about his patients. He does the extra research to ensure all around health. Plus their frame selections are very stylish.

Amazing. Always nice and friendly when we go in! Greeted with a smile every time. They treat us as if they’ve known us our whole lives. My daughter loves them. We drive an hour just to come here because the experience is better than anywhere else I’ve went. I love the family environment. They’re wonderful! If I could rate them a 10 I would.
