I appreciate the fast service at Station. The new technology they are using is fantastic. The customer service is great. I unfortunately do not have all the names but I came in on 8/17/23 and the young lady that had me fill out forms and did the test had great friendly service. I then was seen by Ciera and she as well had awesome service. These ladies were knowledgeable and I appreciate their input. I had help today 9/2/23 from a gentleman who gave me my glasses he was nice. But Lorena I hope I said this right helped me to be able to do the review. Thank you Station on Florin Road for great service.

Incredibly thorough eye exam

I had an Extremely Stressful time with another appt. at 490 Illinois St. My first appointment was with Dr. Eng in April, in which she provided an entire check of my eyes. She then told me I would hear back from them in two weeks. I did not. …

Very friendly and professional atmosphere, well dressed and very cool Doc. Love the name and logo, digital reminders are super nice and love the ease of doing business thru text and email. They cater to the client and not the other way around. Totally worth the drive from Hamden for the better service.

First time patient. I got an exam and new glasses due to my older pair being outdated. The staff and Dr.Young were very nice and professional!! I loved that the Dr. was very knowledgeable which made my experience great. Great music playing, clean atmosphere and beautiful office. Definitely recommend and I definitely will go here for all my eye care needs.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Pam for about five years now and she is incredibly thorough and her office is wonderfully competent and efficient. They make the appointments easy, are very accommodating and I trust them fully with my eye health. I recommend their office to all my friends and colleagues in south Florida and am grateful for their service.

Dr. Thielke is very knowledgeable and personable. He explains well and ensures you understand all procedures. I would definitely recommend him to anyone requiring visual assistance.

Dr Emig is so incredibly smart, professional and compassionate. I am Blessed to have had him take care of me during my troubles with my eye. Just a great man, in every way! God Bless him for everything he does!!

they should pay attention to their listed store hours... been calling since 9am for 30min Update: got hold of them finally made appt and show up...preventive covid measures in place but greeter could have been better and have devices that work... 2 forehead temperature gauges tried by 2 different ppl didn't work and were abandoned ***** 5 stars for the actual opticians who work there***** very helpful and accommodating

Those at Tree City Eyecare are so nice! And they are very knowledgeable. They answered every question I asked and were able to explain things about my eyes to help me be more aware. Really great and relaxing environment!
