Dr. Gorham is amazing! He is very knowledgeable and creative with problem solving. He's not your typical Dr. He tries out of the box solutions to get the outcome that fits your needs. He makes sure you are comfortable and satisfied with his vision solutions. Everyone in the office is helpful and communicate well. A very comfortable office.

Yesterday was my first visit to see Dr. Smith. Every facet of my visit was first class! Dr Smith was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I left there k owing I had made the right choice!!

My first time here was by referral from my PCP for my eye exam, and the service was excellent from the receptionist to the doctors, but as always, there are exceptions, and nothing is perfect, and not all employees work with the same passion. Some do it for money only. I felt the doctor was honest based on my issue and wasn't trying to get money from my insurance, but we will see what happens and make an update to this review. Overall place is clean, organized, and decent; directions to get there are not clear, but you will make it.

New patient appointment this week. Great experience. I like my doctor and the staff. Very detailed, answered my questions, did not make me feel rushed. It felt like a very capable practice and so I'm glad to be a new client/patient.

We chose Pearl Vision as it's a very reputable establishment and we want the best care for our daughter (she's 10). My husband and daughter went there and both ordered glasses. Both cost a good amount and even had the sun glass tint added. The 1st pair of glasses my daughter received looked as if they could fit a 5 yr old. I called Pearl Vision and was told to come in. After explaining the issue, they advised that I could exchange. As we were wrapping up the exchange the clerk advised me that this would be the last exchange as Pearl Vision does not do exchanges. This blew my mind for several reasons main one being, I never uttered the words "can I exchange these". And also, why could no one see that these glasses were too small for her face when they were chosen. Fast forward to today where my daughter is currently wearing her old "free" glasses because the ones that we paid for at Pearl Vision continue to sit on her nose. We have come in no less then 4 times to have them adjusted, the last time being the day before our vacation to Disney and they still.... sit on her nose. Everyone that sees this immediately asks... if they "measured her face" and they did not. I don't know how this works, this is not my profession but it's extremely frustrating when the professionals cannot get it right. And now we spent all this money on glasses that she cannot wear comfortably.

Fantastic, prompt and swift appointment with cutting edge technology and an excellent selection of high-end, aspirational frames. The best in Fort Wayne. Period.

Dr. Nguyen is great! I'm not usually one to rave about eye exams, but my experience at her office was something special. The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting, not at all like those clinical, fluorescent-lit places that make me feel like I'm taking a test I didn't study for. The best part? I feel like I'm seeing the world in HD for the first time in ages!

I was very pleased with the staff and how quickly they moved me through the process, not knowing at the time if I had a torn retina. Thank goodness I did not. I would highly recommend Dr. Wilker and Retina Associates.
