Excellent customer service.

Absolutely the worst experience ever i never have had a problem with other conpanies or their employees, the employees Karla, Karina, and Julie were terrible. They're rude, catty, unprofessional, the amount of microagressions toward everyone is extremely unsettling, stay away from this company, go somewhere else these three girls are terrible people, rude, disgusting behaviors I witness not just toward customers but also their own coworkers! How are these people employed! DO NOT GIVE HELM VISION YOU BUSINESS AVOID THESE EMPLOYEES AT ALL COST THEY ARE TERRIBLE!

My recent cataract surgery at Woolfson with Dr Brody and his team could not have been better! From the office staff to the Mount Vernon Ambulatory Surgery Center his team was informative and caring. Dr Brody's skill and expertise are remarkable. You guys are Simply the Best! Thank you, B Sparks

If I could give it a -1 I would, first of all I made an appt to see Dr. Toral being that it was my first time at this office I didn't know what she look like I was seen by another Dr when I went to pick up my glasses it was that I found out that it was not Dr. Toral. My glasses where given to me in a cardboard enveloped they ask me how was I going to pay the balance very unprofessional, was told to read things around the office and if it needed to be adjusted that they would get someone. The girls in the office don't seem to care one way or another needless to say I won't be going back to that office. Horrible experience.

I am very happy with Dr Voss. His staff leaves something to be desired! I'm a Medicare recipient and was made to feel disdain from the woman who waited on me. Not only was there no friendliness, but I was told not to handle too many glasses, because they would have to be recleaned! She walked away and I felt like they wanted me out of there. Same thing when I got the glasses -very terse. No instructions on how to care for my new glasses, no cleaning cloth, and a very flimsy case. I didn't even get a copy of my prescription.

Always a good experience. Highly recommend Dr. Jing Ye. Very convenient to get your contacts and eyeglasses at the Costco Optical Department located in the same area of the store.
