I am so satisfied with their service! Very professional, supportive and with a lot of patience! Especially the glasses consultant Nate, he is such a gentle man and provided me with a lot of valuable advices! When I finished my new frame he even helped me fixed my old one! High recommendation!

I've been coming here for years for eye exams and contacts. I've also gotten regular glasses and prescription sunglasses for when I don't want to wear my contacts. When I order contacts, you can choose to pick them up from them or have them shipped to your house at no extra cost. My glasses got broken one time, and they were able to repair them for me while I waited. During the pandemic, I didn't want to go in for an eye exam, but I needed to reorder my contacts. I looked at ordering from 1800contacts, but then saw I could order online through Optical Gallery as well, so I compared prices and ultimately ordered through Optical Gallery. In the past I've always scheduled by phone, but for my most recent appointment, I scheduled online, and that worked well too. They take VSP insurance.

I am utterly disappointed and angered by the service at this optical center. I called a week ago to schedule an appointmentand specifically asked for a slot after 5:30 pm due to my work commitments. The staff assuredme that October 17th at 6 pm was available, and I promptly confirmed the appointment. Following their instructions, I shared my insurance informationimmediately afterward. Today, I took time off work and showed up for my appointment only to be told that there was norecord of my appointment. Even after showing them the text message correspondence as proof, I was dismissed with a claim that a text message doesn't equate to a confirmed appointment. This is absolutely ridiculous, especially after I had a verbal confirmation over the phone prior to sharing my insurance details. This experience has not only wasted my valuable time but also shown a complete lack of professionalism and regard for patients' commitments on the part of the optical center. It's appalling and unacceptable to have such disorganization in a healthcare setting where peoplerely on timely and accurate service. I strongly advise prospective patients to consider other more reliable and organized establishments for their eye care needs.

Nice guy. My sunglasses had a lens pop out and he was able to fix them up real quick. Even gave me a cleaning cloth :D

Dr. Freed is fantastic! He answered every question I had and didn’t rush the appointment. He gave me resources, helped me switch contact brands, and made sure things went smoothly for me. He and everyone at this office are kind, empathetic caregivers—I wish I could find a primary doc like this.

Never cared for the optometrist although I kept going because I like dealing with Costco. It's convenient. Staff is not friendly, can never get ahold of them, they don't follow their own hours that are posted so if you show up towards the last hour they are open there's a good chance they're already gone, they don't make it easy to work with them. Finally switched, wondering why I didn't do it sooner. Wouldn't recommend.

The best place ever! $80 for anti glare prescription lenses on my custom frames. 3 hours after dropping off my frame and giving my prescription, the frames were ready for pickup. No complaints and no lines to wait on! Excellent customer service!

Dr. Platt is a knowledgeable professional, with a great "bedside manor". Easy to talk to, with questions answered in a way that is easily understood. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others.
