The staff are extremely helpful, knew which frames suit your face the most, and help you find anything specific you are looking for. I use glasses with prescription, and in 2 days they were ready for pickup. I definitely reccomend

I bought progressive lenses and chose a frame from one of their expensive quality ones in their display boxes. They come cheaper than other optical stores where I could get from. I was told that they get them in bulk which is why they could sell them to members for cheaper. It’s really convenient for me to get them adjusted when they felt wonky cuz I mishandled them. The guy who worked there (for a long time I believe) has a very cocky attitude. I’ve dealt with him numerous times and I’m always cautious and preparing myself when I’m next in line, so I don’t have to snap back at him😂. I get better service with perfection on fit and coating of lenses at specialized optical stores.

shopping for glasses at Warby Parker is fun because it feels like an experience. The environment is warm and approachable and someone is always ready to help and go beyond standard assistance. At the Fashion Island location I was helped my Bella, who was super welcoming and ready to help. The eye doctor Linda was also fantastic. I can’t wait to get my new glasses in the mail soon!

I had such a great experience with Lencrafters! It had been over a decade since I’d been to this location but they did not disappoint. I did not have to wait long to see my doctor. Dr. Kant Ng was so nice and knowledgeable and gave me so much information on the chances since my last exam. After the exam, it was time to pick out my frames. I typically tend to pick plain basic frames but one of the licensed optician’s Dagmar insisted that I step outside of the box with a new style….and I’m glad she did!! The shape and color looked fantastic on me. My glasses were ready in 6 days and they are perfect!! Thank you again LensCrafters.

Avoid this place like the plague!! The staff is great don't get me wrong. But Dr Reiter is very rude and snaps at you for anything. Forget even asking him about any questions you have. I went a while back and I'll never go back as long as he is there. Makes me mad just thinking of my experience. He needs to let someone else take over already. Someone with people skills.

Dr Rosenthal was amazing and she was able to see me as an emergency. .I am a (new patient) the same day I called the office. The staff was so friendly and helpful. They also have a gentleman there that helps you with your glasses. I highly recommend this doctor.

The woman at the front desk is the worst kind of B!! She is rude to the patients, and even worse when you leave she continues to insult you to all the people in the waiting room. Don’t even try and ask her a question she will disrespect you and belittle you. I have heard her do this to several people when I have taken my elderly mother to this office! She should be fired! I don’t care how nice she believes her nails look! If you can’t be nice to older people you are a monster! And she is the worst kind of bully!

Dr. Deccache is amazing, skilled, kind and patient. I had a torn retina that he treated immediately. He saved my eyesight!

Beyond best experience at an optometry office- what keeps me coming back. Maria offers the most personal patient services; acknowledging your every concern and need. Matt and Nick always ready to help and of course Doctor Gramonzini leaves you seeing 20/20 once again. Also, glassez selection are top of the line. Pleasant visit like always.

I have had cataract surgery on one eye so far. The best compliment I can pay Dr. Schneider and his staff is to say “it was a nonevent”. In and out of surgery. Clear instructions before and after. My eye will be healing for a while but there was an immediate improvement of my vision! HIGHLY recommend Dr. Schneider and his very professional team!
