Their quote in their billboard is, “Be Seen , Like You’ve Never Been Seeb Before”, Which has me 😂 considering i made an appointment and when i showed up was rejected by the women at the front desk! I explained previously to them that i renewed my insurance and they were sending me out my new id card but i had the numbers the woman gave me i case they needed them. They told me no problem, just bring in your id n numbers. Yet was rejected?! So i went to Walmart the next day , perfectly fine! So, totally rude , u informed and completely unprofessional !

Awful experience in 2020; terrible bed side manners. I had reoccurring styes and she did nothing to help me...2nd appt saying loudly that I was dirty. I was so embarrassed cuz I am OCD about hygiene. After that she screamed to her assistant to make me another appt. I refused; diagnosed myself with blepharitis & bought tea tree oil eye wash and fixed the problem myself. Never had a stye since. I do not recommend her for treatment of styes. I hope she is better with other issues.

Kevin A. great service for taking the extra effort to review my medical plan to apply the applicable discounts. Costco also had a sale/ special $40 off for buying two pairs. I took the deal and ended up paying $114 for two pairs of prescription glasses. First one ( Oakley frame) is for driving at night the second ( Shaq.O'Neal) prescription sunglasses. I have never "seen" a better deal anywhere else. You'll need to bring in your prescription, choose a frame( they have a variety of choices), and if your medical discounts does the rest.

I am writing for a friend of mine who is not very computer savvy but desperately wanted to write a review for Dr. Brown. Bernice had such a great experience from start to finish. From her initial appointment Ms Bernice knew she was in great hands. Dr. Brown's ENTIRE staff were so wonderful. She was a nervous wreck about her surgery but was put at ease immediately. She can not say enough how wonderful the day of surgery was. Dr. Brown called herself to check in on Ms Bernice after surgery as well as the nurses. Such a great experience!! She deserves 5 time 100 stars!!!

Came here and the office was clean, staff was very friendly and professional, and Dr. Askew was very personable, thoughtful, and intelligent. Dr. Askew seemed very interested in my opinions, my eye health, and if i had any questions. Sometimes doctors ask you if you have questions but it is out using a script (no eye contact and appears rushed) but Dr. Askew made sure that he answered my questions and appeared genuine. I would recommend and will be bringing the rest of my family here. They also have a very large selection of glasses (I didn't buy any but my family might on our next visit).

Alan was my saving grace today. Broke my glasses this morning. He gave me a temporary part so i can drive home. Then got me set with my second pair I had previously purchased and was ready when i came to back. It couldn't have been a better day. Thanks Eyeglass world. Especially Alan. 😎 …

Excellent experience. Staff friendly and attentive. Optical tech was very thorough and explained everything well. Dr. Emmel takes time to explain what's going on with my eyes and gave helpful suggestions. Overall definitely 5 stars.

I am from Ohio and I walked in one day to fix my nieces frames after she accidentally bent them. The floor was busy, everyone was assisting clients. One employee stood out, Lisa was running around helping multiple clients and did an amazing job with checking in on all her clients. She quickly fixed my nieces glasses, and was able to have a brief conversation on my prescription needs. I decided to schedule an eye exam and she fit me in on short notice and was able to facilitate my glasses purchase. She was personable , attentive, and super friendly. She’s a tremendous asset!!! Thank you Lisa for a great experience because let’s be clear… no one looks forward to going to the eye doctor. You made it painless and enjoyable! 5*
