Good quality glasses, staff is great. I recommended!

Not wanting to wait for the appointment with my regular eye doctor, I did everything here! The staff here are AWESOME! From Exam to Glasses. I got myself a pair of Office Glasses, and everyday glasses. Not my first pair from Costco, and it won't be my last. I am very happy.

I had many questions. They were very knowledgeable & helped me to understand my Rx and what my options were. They made me feel even more comfortable when they explained that I had 60 days to make sure my glasses were just right. I love my new glasses and will be recommending Walmart to all my family & friends

I'm giving 2 stars because the staff was friendly BUT when I did my eye exam on Tuesday, the doctor put the drops in my eyes and never gave me the black sun glasses. I had no idea I needed them until I spoke to my sister and when I dropped my glasses at a newtown eye doctor to get my new lenses the lady that worked there told me the same thing I was with my baby and I couldn't see anything the whole drive from waterbury to newtown. I thought it was normal to have blurry vision. Before I left she said use my glasses . So I used my actual glasses and tried my sunglasses, nothing worked. I.feel like this was very irresponsible for a doctor. And it gets me very mad that she put me in that situation especially with my baby in the car. She took me early that day because she had to be somewhere so I think she was in a rush. I will.never go to this place again.

I have been New Insights / Dr Germain customer for the past 15 years. He is a true professional and his stuff is always very friendly and helpful. Lisa has helped me with choosing the frames and lenses on multiple occasions and I liked them all. They deliver impeccable quality.
