I went to one of their north locations. They have TERRIBLE doctors, terrible referrals, didn't even send the medication prescription they recommended or lens prescription I paid for, and it's impossible to pay my bill. I was charged hundreds more here than I've ever been charged for similar (and far better) services. There are four websites on the bill, none of which work for bill pay. The call line is always closed. I can't recommend CVP, CincinattiEye, and whatever else this awful place goes by to anyone!

Office is very busy, but plenty of staff make sure that my mothers eye care needs are met. They are thorough, explaining clearly what they have found and the treatment plan to keep my eye condition stable.

Great doctors and optical staffs will recommend to family and friends.

Recently moved to Souderton and needed new glasses. Mark had the frames I wanted. He was very easy to work with. He took the time to make sure that they were adjusted correctly. Great customer service and very professional. I will definitely come here again when I need to replace this pair of glasses!

Not the best experience

Dr. Villani is personable, professional and caring. He spends as much time as you need and addresses all your concerns in a timely manner. I would highly recommend him and his staff.

I appreciated the thorough, kind and helpful advice and evaluation Dr Nethery did for me. Prior information had me concerned about my health and Dr Nethery explained my situation and eased my mind. I will continue with his care.

Dr.T is very personable and thorough. The staff are all friendly and very helpful, but Daisy measured my lenses for my progressive prescription and got it spot on. She stayed on top of my new glasses being completed and went above and beyond in her patient care and customer service.

Best location! Staff is amazing and catered to all my needs. They made sure my glasses fit perfectly and always give great customer service. Will continue to come back and recommend this store over others.

Dr. Madgar is your classic eye doctor, which isn't easy to find anymore. I've been wearing lenses for 20 years and he was able to correct my vision in a way that others had never been able to.
