Ever since the pandemic the eye clinic has been almost impossible to get a hold of. The eye store is worst. They go to work but never answer the phones and God forbid if you knock on the door and you don't have an appointment. People need to see! PS: By the way that's the wrong phone number listed for them (probably on purpose).

Dr. Tran is compassionate, caring, and invested in his patients care. My non-verbal, paraplegic, half paralyzed sister-in-law was sent to him with a longstanding eye infection without any communication from the nursing home. He accomodated her and us with patience, kindness, understanding, and prescribed the required antibiotic. We've emailed him pictures of our sister's eye twice now and he has called back within minutes both times. Just as importantly, He's followed up with the nursing home and us on her behalf. We appreciate you and your staff Dr. Tran. You are amazing. Thank you so much.

Many issues. Long wait. Wrong script after exam for distance glasses and paid xtra for reading glasses but they put the distance script in those frames as well. Never called to let me know that the glasses were ready. Then when I finally got them the scripts were both wrong. Do not go here.

Dr.Stephanie Sugin is an extraordinary doctor. She took amazing care of my 87 yr old Mom who had to have many surgeries. She went above and beyond, even making a house call when she lost all vision and could not get out of bed. She arrived at my Mom’s condo with a wheel chair to assist my Mom in getting in to check her. I have never seen a more dedicated physician in all my years and have dealt with many. There are not enough superlatives to say what a wonderful person she is and skillful surgeon she is. You will know you or your love one is in good hands with Stephanie Sugin! I would give her 10 stars as a rating!!

My daughter has a variety of eye issues -- including strabismus and nystagmus -- and has been seeing Dr. Levada since birth. There's no one else I'd trust her eyes to -- Dr. Lavada’s experience and expertise are evident at every visit, and he's got an excellent, no-nonsense rapport with her.

I had ptosis surgery on my left eye to improve my peripheral vision. Dr. Silbert failed to match the shape of my right eye, while leaving an unattractive scar on the lid. Most notable was his arrogant and superior manner, which seemed to tone down when I addressed my concerns, and disappointment in his work. I would not refer Dr. Silbert to any of my friends.
