I saw Dr. Lesser when my own eye doctor was on vacation and could not have had a better experience. He was a good listener, patiently explained what was going and clearly answered all questions. He was courteous and kind; he was professional but not aloof; He has practiced long enough to know how to prescribe with a patient's pocketbook in mind. My appointment took place on a tele-video callI, yet his caring, conscientious approach transcended the computer. Highly recommend

The BEST. I had been to 2 previous eye doctors, neither figured out my eyes, one took too little time the other too long but still missed the boat. Dr Pulaski did a careful and thorough exam, rechecked his findings, explained it all to me in a very clear way so that I finally understood why its been so complicated to correct my vision (i have 4 different eye issues). He is a very smart man who is able to explain complex things . I cannot recommend him enough.

Dr. Pulaski is the best, such a great guy. I have been going to him since I was a kid. Staff is also great.

Dr Pulaski is truly a gift. After a bad car accident, an injury to my brain and eyes caused impairment to my executive functioning, cognition, vision, and other symptoms which prevented me from working and engaging in day to day life activities. His exceptional knowledge, insight, and wisdom - combined with an immense compassion and kindness - guided me through various treatments that gave me my life back. I truly do not know where I’d be today if it weren’t for Dr Pulaski.

Jarissa was fantastic and provided excellent guidance on choosing just the right style of glasses. She also went through the options, explaining each and make the process very enjoyable. I will do thing again the next time I need glaases.

I got three pairs of glasses and everything was perfect. I’ve been wearing glasses my whole life and know good quality and service when I get it.

This post is long over do but I would like to thank lens crafters and their team. I was in need of new glasses, There associate Jenna was very professional and kind. Couldn’t ask for a better pair and it’s been a whole 2 yrs I’m impressed and miss Jenna she was helpful and the rest of her colleague

What a wonderful visit. The entire staff was incredibly helpful and had great personalities. The Dr and tech did my exam and it was very thorough. Jasmine and her associates helped me to find the perfect frames for my new glasses. I would recommend going here to anyone. Everything you need and a very reasonable price. Thank you!

Went to the Waterbury location to get an exam and new glasses. Ivette at the front desk and Dr. Masood were so helpful answering all my questions and making sure I got the correct prescription. Also helping me pick out my new frames! Definitely recommend!
