The office runs efficiently and the staff are very professional. The doctor explains the eye issue thoroughly and offers options with likely outcomes of each option and even stated that, in my case, he recommends just continuing to monitor my eye instead of having surgery. I travel 30 miles to come to this doctor since I feel confident in the care being given.

Chris, Ryan, and the entire Williams Eye Works team are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They have a great selection of designer eye-wear and can help you find exactly what you are looking for. I haven't been to the store recently, but from other reviews and recent posts on their social channels it looks like they have put some important safety measures in place to ensure the customer experience during COVID-19 is as safe and stress-free as possible. Separately - they've also been great leaders in the community and frequently give back. They're a true neighborhood business that I'm happy to support.

Dr. Kozlow is a GREAT physician! He was able to see me for an emergency same day, was extremely informative, and was incredibly nice - as well as the office staff! Highly recommend this clinic!

Excellent Optometrist and staff. Their concern for your eye health is genuine. Dr. Tran is very thorough and accomodating.

Amazing place, everyone is always happy to help in choosing frames and lenses, or with billing and appointments. Dr. Bass is the best; he has been our optometrist for over 23 years and we love his manner, professionalism, and up-to-date knowledge.

Terrible they lost my appointment?!?!?! Who does that??? They made another one later in the day that I couldn't attend save yourself the trouble and go some place else.
