I love this doctor! My husband and I felt so welcomed by him. One of things I loved was how available he was to talk to us each time we came to the office. I also noticed he was attentive with everyone else waiting for him. I definitely recommend him!

After my initial appointment (which went well) there was a total drop in communication. I needed a prescription tweak, which I was informed I could just call in and they would take it from there. 2 months, 8+ phone calls, and 2 emails later, and I am giving up. I called several times. There is no voicemail and no way to leave a message. I did finally get through, and the staff member that took my call promised to have Dr. Lynn call me back the following week as she was out sick. Two weeks later and no call, I tried getting in touch. It took four more phone calls before they picked up and said the same thing. That Dr. Lynn will call me back. After nearly two months, I finally got my first phone call back- while I was at work. I tried calling back again.... no response. I'm tired of trying to communicate with a clinic that doesn't seemed bothered. My appointment with Dr. Lynn was great and she seems like a kind doctor. It's too bad there was the one staff member that made several backhanded comments towards her while I was there. She was also the one that did not forward my message to Dr. Lynn. I'm just tired at this point.

Chris always super friendly and very efficient. Offered me additional eye care service and explained benefits, so I added that. Doctor thorough and tweaked prescription to make sure I had best.

Dr Doshi at LO Eye in East Lansing has been my ophthalmologist for a number of years. He and his staff provide me with excellent individualized yearly exams. The entire office is well run and appointments are organized so my wait time is not excessive at all.

THE SHORT OF IT: Need a new eye doctor? YES, Go here! Need glasses? SKIP - save yourself! Doctor Chapman was GREAT and probably one of the better eye doctors I've seen in years. However, the staff is lazy and doesn't even acknowledge that you are there so it forces you to leave without getting glasses since they are unwilling to help. Definitely don't shop here for glasses, but get an exam here!

Bad experience, not a nice person

Our entire family uses Dr. Heggeland for our annual eye check-ups and we have been seeing him for 10 years. He is very thorough and friendly. The office staff is super friendly and helpful also. We highly recommend their business!

I had my procedure done about a week ago. My experience there was phenomenal! I had my consultation done on Monday and let them know i wanted it done as soon as possible. They scheduled me for that Friday! Everyone is super nice. They took proper precautions and did numerous testing to make sure I got the best results. The surgeon and his staff were all reassuring during the procedure. After the procedure, for a few hours or until you fall asleep is the worst. It burned really bad but after you take a nap the pain is over. I can not remember ever having vision this good. This is one of the best decisions I have ever made. My life has really changed. I am grateful for the LASIK Vision Institute!

First time going to him, very polite, very professional, he knows his business!! I am definitely going to continue to see him with all of my eye care needs!!
