They were 25 almost 30 min late seeing my daughter for her appointment and then we still after the First Lady took her back we waited another 20 min. There is clearly a sign in the lobby that said please silence your cell phones while one lady proceeded to watch video with the sound up loud.

Here’s a new one, several months ago I try to get my medical file and was told they would not give it to me. My insurance wouldn’t allow them so I called my insurance. My insurance made a complaint, I still don’t have my medical file. First doctor in my 60 years on this planet that I have not received “MY” medical records when requested. The Asian Doctor, I do not know his name since he wasn’t my doctor. My doctor was out having knee surgery. During my surgery I could hear this doctor talking about partying and such not professional at all. My surgery was not successful, no surprise, worst now with time. I went for a regular appointment with my doctor and the technician informed me she “refused” to work with the doctor that performed my surgery and he had left the practice. When I saw my doc, told him my story he did not say a word. Just want it to send me to his colleague to have an operation to “fix” my eye, didn’t go well in his office I’m surely not going go to one of his colleagues. His colleague’s office secretary called me three times and never responded. Update: I called and left message, I would be thrilled to have a positive update.

Dr S Kim was very professional. Came in for 2nd opinion on glaucoma and she explained very clearly my condition. I am Filipino and she was Korean I think but just the same she explained the condition very satisfactorily. 5 stars to her staff too. They followed up with me. Makes me feel cared for.

Sams is a great place to shop. Even if you're single. You will save so much money by buying in bulk. The only thing i dont like is the variety. I understand though. Its hard to make all the varieties in bulk. A company may only feel that its profitable to make a bulk version of their top products not all the varieties they carry

The lady who helped me has many mistakes in customer service. He asked me several reckless questions that I had to answer with something funny. I told him that the specialist did not test me for glaucoma. And she assured that she did it with her fingers touching around the eyes. (seen open) And the specialist without respect for the client too...

From front desk to nurse and doctor, everyone in this office is very nice and professional. Hasmik front desk very helpful, nurse Erlin was extremely nice and professional and when I asked her questions, she answered them all and had a lot of knowledge and Dr Bhatti had great bed side manners. He answered all our questions. I would recommend this office if you ever need to see a specialist for your eyes.

My daughter suggested that I visit Dr Mikailian for a much needed eye exam. Based on her experience, I decided to give him a try. I was able to make an appointment within 3 days. The staff is very friendly and efficient. Dr Mikailian thoroughly explained the results of the variety of eye tests taken. He, in turn, examined my eyes for a prescription. This doctor took his time with me and answered any questions that I had. He is knowledgeable, friendly and personable. Would I recommend his services to my family and friends? Definitely.

Excellent care and surgery for cataracts. Dr Talaveras does very good exams and answers all my questions. Recommend.
