I stopped coming to this place a while back but when my eye exam needed to be done this year I decided to give them another go. Boy do I regret it. I went in did my eye exam and proceeded to schedule a lens fitting to get contacts. The Friday before my appointment I get a call that the technician doesnt do lens fittings on Mondays. I proceeded to make another appointment for a Tuesday and when I arrive the lady tells me she had scheduled me for an exam not a lens fitting as I had asked for then said she could try to fit me in for it that day. I wasted my time going in for nothing. I work everyday and have little time to waste but these people seem to not care of their patients time as long as they’re getting paid. I will never com back to this place. I’ll take my money somewhere that will actually value my time and listen to patients when they speak. Do not waste your time with them.

First off I’m highly disappointed at the fact they made it an issue for my son who’s only 1 to keep his mask on. Then what makes it worst Dr. Buck had the nerve to pop my sons hand because he touch one of the light tools. I found it very unprofessional and his comment “you get big buy your own toys to touch but in my office you don’t touch my toys” very unprofessional you tell me what 1 year old will remain calm when there’s a stranger all in their face poking around in there eyes ! Never again will me or my children step foot in there!

This place is great! I've been going to Waterbury Eye Associatea for years now and they have always provided me with such kind and professional vision care. Also... Ray is the best! He is always very helpful, caring and accommodating. He truly cares to LISTEN to any concerns I may have and always does his best to ensure that everyone has a pleasant experience when they visit Waterbury Eye Associates.

Very professional and one of the best I’ve seen. Wore glasses since the age of nine and contacts since teenager. Both the staff and doctor have always been wonderful. Yes you do have to wait sometimes, but that’s because he takes the time to listen and fix the problems you have!

It was my first visit at this location. Doctor was great. She had me laughing the entire experience. I felt very comfortable with the entire staff as well. Mari assisted with finding the right frame for me. She is also a nice person. Doesn’t obligate you to do anything. She presents all the best options for you. Will be coming here as long as I live in CT.

Dr. B is the best! I have and will follow her anywhere she goes. She’s very thorough and explains things very well every step of the way. No matter how busy she is, she makes sure that you feel like the priority when it’s your turn with her time. The staff in the office is always competent, kind, accommodating. I greatly appreciate how easy that make everything!

Always a great experience. Friendly staff. The Best eye doctor I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Very informative. Also, they have a website which I was able to view all of the glasses they carry. It made it a lot easier to pick out the type of style I wanted to purchase before I even walked through the doors. Broke my glasses and the frames I had were discontinued. Walked in to this place and the owner was extremely helpful in finding me a new pair that my lenses would fit. I would highly recommend this place for your eyeglass needs. Service was outstanding. Store is very clean and organized. 👍👍 …
