Carmen was amazing and very accommodating. She took me and my mother in law in last minute and was super nice and quick. She explained everything to us regarding our prescriptions, she’s extremely knowledgeable. Oh and what was even better was that I received my glasses SAME DAY! We will forever be customers from now on. I will refer anyone and everyone I know to her!

Another wonderful experience today for my son's appointment. Seemed to move a bit speedier than in past. Going to miss Dr. Thornquist. Hope he has a wonderful retirement!!

Everyone who I was seen by was amazing. I was there for a cataract consultation and received many different tests, including a complete eye exam. Everyone was so thorough and pleasant and cared about my comfort. Dr Dao was amazing. Kind, friendly and so many other good things. The only thing that I wish had happened is to have been informed in advance that the appointment would be almost 3 hours. Other than that, it was an amazing experience.

The Eye Care Group was very efficient. I waited in the waiting room for less than five minutes before being summoned into an exam room. The two technicians were professional, personable and made me feel at ease. Dr. Branden who came highly recommended answered my questions and made recommendations based on my eyes. I trust his judgement. With my time table I will need to wait until May for the surgery. It will be a surgery I look forward to having!

I’ve known and have been a patient of Dr. E. Vietorisz for years! He is above all a human being and a very caring person to his patients. He is very thorough, considerate, takes his time and explains everything in detail with you. His bedside manner is extremely rare and his professionalism and knowledge in ophthalmology is beyond satisfactory!!!! I respect and admire Dr. Vietorisz highly and highly recommend him to anyone seeking an ophthalmologist.

Over the years I have purchased glasses at The Optical Shop and have been very well taken care of. They have a terrific selection and a professional staff. Recently I broke my prescription sunglasses, the following day my husband broke his glasses. Yikes, two in two days! Let’s go see Ethan Brown at The Optical Shop, never thinking even one pair could be saved, but worth a try. Glory be! Mr. Brown repaired both pairs of glasses. We have always received excellent service, this visit felt like we won a prize. Thank you!

Bought new frame & lenses few months ago. Both arms fell off within days of eachother. Returned to inquire about defects & staff didn't even examine them. Just said "do you want to buy new frames, or new frames & lenses"? "How much?" "Frames start ~$200". I took my Rx to Warby Parker, the tech popped out the old lenses, chose a new frame, popped the lenses in, adjusted to fit, paid $75, walked out 20 min later!! Couldn't have been a better experience at Warby.
