Very Unprofessional office. The staff never asked any questions regarding changes to medical history or even to know if I was wearing my contacts or not. After my eyes were dilated I was sat in a chair in the hallway and at one point Dr.Monson and another healthcare professional come and sat down next to me and begin talking disrespectfully about an OBGYN who worked in the building and called her a "Troll". I'm pregnant..... he then also made inappropriate remarks to his female nurse about pregnancy. My first visit with him 1.5 years ago he told me he didn't trust my medical records from other eye dr's such as the leading glaucoma specialist at Emory eye research hospital. Well, my 2nd visit with him recently where he spoke ill about the OBGYN, he couldn't even understand his own records he had made for me. At one point he asked me why a dr would have put me on one of my eye drops..... HE WAS THE ONE WHO PUT ME ON THEM!!!!!

I recently had an eye exam with Dr. Tuyen Huynh at the Target Optical Center in Simi Valley on Tierra Rejada Rd. I would like to express my gratitude for the excellent service I received. I would specially like to thank Natalie because she was helpful and very professional. Natalie's knowledge helped me save a ton of money. Writing on behalf of my grandparents, who called because they didn’t think they could make it to their appointment due to heavy rain. The lady who answered was rude af and said that was not their problem. Highly recommend training your employees with ETIQUETTE before hiring them, especially with the majority of the patients being elderly. 😒

This was our first visit. Very impressed. The office staff, technician and Dr Pham were professional and pleasant. 5 Stars all the way!

We have been to other Target opticals prior some were good and some not so great. However, this was our first time at this location. We were greeted as soon as we came in by a pleasant employee. He was helpful in picking sunglasses for my husband, he let us know all the options that were included without us asking and explained the warranty in detail. I would definitely go back to this location for any needs.

The staff was amazing!! The assistant showed my son all the machines that were gonna be used for his eye exam. She was very informative and my son had a fun experience. The staff was also very patient during the fitting and selection of frames!! I was very happy with her customer service skills. The doctor was also very patient and caring. This was my first time at Len's Crafters and I will definitely return!

Dr. Sisson was amazing! He answered all of my questions and listened to my concerns. I left my appointment with the upmost trust in him and his staff. I would recommend his practice to anyone, and I have been telling my friends about him.

This is first rate eye care! I am caring for a woman who is in hospice and has glasses that had the lenses become loose and fall out. Twice, once in the summer, and once just today, I have brought those glasses and loose lenses to this business and they fixed them for me on the spot. Today I dealt with Rachelle, and she wouldn't even accept payment! The woman I care for is not even a patient and not able to come into their offices! I have found everyone I have dealt with at Urban Eyes to be courteous, knowledgeable and very efficient! I would recommend them to anyone! Ann R.
