This place is great! The staff at the front desk are VERY nice and make you feel comfortable asking questions and seem happy to do so. Dr. Landon was nice as well, its obvious he has been doing his job for a long time, he completed my exam swiftly as well as making me feel comfortable and confident with his prognosis. If your looking for a new optometrist to go I would definitely recommend.

The Valencia office staff are the most kindest and nicest people I’ve met. Not only do I no longer have to wear glasses or contacts, I’m able to see clear and wake up with clear vision. One of the best companies and I highly recommend. I got PRK lasik and it’s changed my life for the better.

I had my lasik eye surgery yesterday and I wanted to say how professional they were and how easy they made this process! I was seeing better right off the operating table and am already almost at perfect vision! They answered all of my questions and I have had the best experience even though I was nervous going in! I had my consultation in Santa Clarita and it was a super easy transition to the surgery center. 10/10 would recommend!!! ** 6 month update** 20/20 vision remains since about a week after my surgery, and no more dryness! Thank you so much Laser Eye Center!!! 10/10 still!!!

Very Fast got mine in 7 days, Got in and out nice place friendly staff. Owner is amazing got Nike sunglasses, they don’t offer the lens to be black but she said she will see if they can do it. They did and looks amazing. Will definitely only go to them for my glasses.

Its been a month since I got my glasses, and they're still pretty good! The staff are friendly and they were extremely helpful when it comes to getting my new glasses, at a reasonable price. I recommend getting your glasses here, they're the best

I've been wearing glasses for 50 years. I've been seeing Helen at the Optometry Center of Santa Clarita is the best Optician that I've ever worked with.

This office is not helpful. My vision has gotten worse and they do not even want to fix my defective glasses which I purchased at their office. Was immediately helped by another vision center and scheduled a prompt appointment.

Dr. Chow and the office staff are professional, friendly, and attentive. There was an issue that involved a recent information system upgrade. If the provider unilaterally changes an appointment time, the provider should take every measure to ensure that the client agrees and is aware of the change. I received an incomplete (line dropped) phone call in which I didn't receive information about a time change. I did receive an email that asked for attendance confirmation, and I (incorrectly) assumed that the time had not changed. My mistake on the email, but in a busy world where attendance confirmations are standard procedures I expect more than standard procedures for a time change.
