Such a wonderful experience. EVERYONE from the front desk person, to Shayna the tech, to the wonderful doctor that was so thorough and informative and finally MONICA, she’s the manager to my surprise. From the beginning checking to see if she could offer the front desk person(so kind as well. I wish I knew her name)help to better assist me. Going above and beyond to help my unprepared self find my insurance number. This was BEFORE I knew she was the manager. Just PHENOMENAL the ENTIRE staff. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. 😊

I just can't say enough about my experience at Newtown Optical. I am a 56 year old, first time customer to prescription glasses and needed progressive lenses. Dennis was an absolute professional and explained everything to me in detail. He took his time and I never felt rushed. He also found a problem with my prescription and relayed this to my ophthalmologist, who ultimately corrected my problem. Bottom line is...if Dennis hadn't caught the mistake, I would have wasted a lot of money on new progressive lens glasses that would not have been the right strength for me! Finally, the prices at Newtown Optical are very reasonable. The first place I went to in Newtown where going to charge me almost 40% more for the very same lenses I got at Newtown Optical. This is a top notch place with excellent customer service!

A Competent and thorough physician who is also one of the nicest people to know !

I have had the most terrible experience both online and in store. The website glitches out and makes a 15 minute process of ordering glasses take 3 hours. I've tried two styles of glasses and had minor issues returning the first pair but the sales associate was able to make it through the transaction with a smile. HOWEVER today there were two extremely inexperienced associates working and one was calling herself a lead. Both told me that I could not return online orders in store but I had just returned my first pair trying to find the right style. Which by the way I did not receive any help selecting and kept getting pass up while in the store. That is why I ordered online instead of in store. Frankly if you cannot properly train someone they shouldn't be left alone. I was then told I needed to speak to the assistant manager and that she is in M-F 9a to 5p. I was in the store at 4p so why wasn't the manager available!!! I will be returning these glasses and going to shop at a different vendor because this location is incompetent and has cause me nothing but issue.

Too many issues here. Once you’ve ordered a years worth of contacts they won’t order you more without a new exam. I whitewater kayak and raft and lose contacts frequently. Scheduling is a challenge as well. Went back and forth with the girl who answers the phone deciding between a 1p or 2p appointment. Landed on 2p. Showed up day of and they had me down for 1p. No one seemed to really care.

This office is so professional. Great customer service from the front of house staff. Always clean. Dr Gonzalez is the best and very personable!!! Not enough start here for my recommendation

I have the highest respect for Dr Morgan Parker and the team. The technical aspects, as well as the human dimension, are always addressed excellently.

Doctor Tam was very welcoming and conversational in a good way! He did a great job of keeping me informed and created a friendly atmosphere. The entire staff made me feel so safe and comfortable. Even though it’s a little bit of a drive they are so worth it!!

Just visited Vienna Eye care yesterday with my 11 year old child. Had a great experience from start to finish! Front desk check in was quick and painless!!! Then we only waited about 10 min before being called back. We had a nice lady who did a quick eye exam, checked her muscles in her eye, and helped her feel comfortable. She was encouraging the entire time. Next, the eye Dr came in. He explained everything and was quick with the eye machine. Finally, it was time for her to try on glasses. We had a nice gentleman who pulled up a chair for me and took out a series of different glasses. My daughter picked a beautiful pair of lavender glasses! Thank you to everyone here! Great customer service!!!! Highly recommend this practice!!! And thank you for the smiling faces!!!

Dr. Kay is an extremely credentialed and competent physician. I am most concerned about the care I get and personality is not important. I was a science major and recognize the traits of very smart nerds and embrace them!
