I have been using Target optical for about 5 years now. Coty and his fantastic customer service will keep me coming back. He is always friendly, helpful and honest.

So thankful for Dr. Lamers. Even though I’ve moved out of state, I returned for an eye exam because he’s such a great optometrist. I’ve had issues all my life with eye exams that were unpleasant. He takes his time, is very thorough and explains everything he’s doing. It reduces my anxiety and I know my new prescription will be perfect.

The women who helped me were nothing but so sweet and glasses came in very quickly will for sure be coming back again. Thank you so much for the amazing costumer service

Our family has been coming to SEE for years! . 5 ⭐️’s… how about 10 ⭐️ ‘s for those who work here. Shawny, Kelly, Dawn and Dr. Bolyard have been there for us over the years - helping us pick out the coolest frames. Kelly helped me this past visit and was awesome! Every time my family and I are treated with kindness, courteous service and greeted by first name and a smile😃. Also we have a lot of fun trying on glasses. Thank you all so much. ❤️

I had a 2pm appointement I got there at 1.30 pm I was the only one in the clinic and doctor came at around 3 pm and they charge you $50 if you dont show but what about the doctor when he is late when I ask the front desk she said doctor just came in.I am diabatic I spend 3 hours.

Great experience! I’ve been bouncing around the past few years trying to find the right eye doctor. Dr. Jackson was thorough, very easy to talk to and his staff was very accommodating as well. I’ll be back for sure!

Very great environment! Dr.Zubin helped my mother with her treatments and she always felt well taken care of when she went to her appointments. Including my self, my glasses came in super quick and they called me as soon as they got there. Shyla the manager, has been really helpful when explaining the treatment process to my mother and helping me find the correct glasses for me! I can definitely say I will keep coming here for my future appointments.

I found Dr. Kirk to be very professional and informative to me in regards to my current eye condition. After my exam, he explained the prognosis and the treatment options and left me the decision to make. I am quite confident in his ability and desire to help me get the best results. I will continue to keep him as my professional eye care practitioner. Thank you for seeing me today.

Customer service is terrible, especially the older and bigger receptionist. She is very rude with a big fat attitude to my family. I don't know why. She did not explain clearly my insurance to me, and claimed that I did not understand. In a business, patience and clear communication is important. Never apologies nor thank you, as she never learned how to say it. I had to give a credit to the doctor who explains it to me. However, my entire family will not come back to the place because of the receptionist's attitude. There are so many places that we can be treated better. Why would we bring businesses and money to you for such a rude and discriminating receptionist. She forgot that customers bring business and keep her employed. Doctor, you need to have a better receptionist or your place will be out of business soon. I saw complaints from other customers too.

The doctor and staff are very personable and approachable. Their service to the patient is impeccable. Will patronize their business again.
