Excellent service. I totally recommend this place.

Dr. Chandler is a personable and professional optometrist who takes his patients' eye care very seriously. He explains everything that you may have questions about and does it in language that anyone can understand. His staff is also top-notch. Everyone in the office is polite, informative, and kind. I'm so glad I found Dr. Chandler years ago!

Dr Yuen is the best! Professional, explanatory, thoughtful and easy to talk to. What more could you want from your eye doctor? Ten stars!

I came in to wait for my partner's eye exam when the receptionist overheard me talking about the fit of my current glasses. He asked what was wrong and fixed the issue in five minutes. I wasn't charged anything as the issue was small but Webster definitely landed a new patient. Wonderful people!

I was very fortunate to have Dr. Lee Wiley perform my cataract surgery. I join his many other patients who state he is thorough, skilled, and caring. Because of vision loss in my left eye due to optic neuritis, I was understandably apprehensive of having anything done to my one good eye, until it reached the critical stage. Finally, I had to proceed. Dr. Wiley listened to my concerns and guided me through the all-important lens selection. My surgery was March 28, 2022. With the insertion of the Panoptix trifocal lens, a few days later, I can see as well as a kid, although I am far from it. My appreciation is extended as well to his competent support staff. I spent the most time with Bonnie and thank her for going the extra step in assuaging my fears. Compassionate and skilled professionals are rare. I am grateful to Dr, Wiley, Bonnie, and his other technicians. As we Greeks say, Bless your hands, Dr, Wiley!

The staff and the doctor were all so friendly! I have NEVER had a better experience at the optometrist. The front staff took great care getting to know us and our needs. The doctor took a lot of time with us and answered all of our questions. I really enjoyed our visit and will return for our future needs! I can't wait to recommend this location to friends and family!!!

Office was nice and clean. I was asked to bring a $100 cash deposit on arrival - what for, I am not certain. (Hence -1 star.) When I arrived for my appointment, I waited for about 30-45 minutes before getting an eye exam, and seeing the doctor. The waiting room was not crowded and everyone was wearing masks and could sit a good distance away from each other. The staff working there all sterilize all the tools/instruments, before and after, that you come in contact with. During my appointment I saw Dr. Hui, and Dr. Du also checked in for a few minutes as well to verify my eyes were healthy. As I have been to Dr.Du's office in the past, I was able to quickly get my vision prescription and reorder my contacts. Personally, I had no issues with the front desk.

Dr. Richard Padron is the most caring doctor I’ve ever dealt with. I recommend him to all my colleagues and friends!

This was the first time coming to this place. My husband and I walked in and I let the young lady there at the front know I was coming in to shop for glasses. She said I can walk around and see what I like. They had several options from inexpensive to expensive. As I was walking and trying on glasses, at first no one came to ask me if I needed assistance. After awhile Danny came up and offered his assistance. He was so nice and helpful throughout the whole process of purchasing glasses. The service he provided was what we needed. Customer service is hard to receive nowadays and it felt great to see it in Danny. Danny, thank you so much for your AWESOME customer service!!!! I will definitely refer friends and family and will let them know to see Danny.
