I had a pleasant visit, with a helpful staff. And was impressed with the very thorough exam and technology available. I would have scored 5 stars but was somewhat disappointed that my insurance covered so little. Thank you Dr. For your explanations and help.

Before I had cataract surgery done I was not able to drive because I couldn’t see. Now that I have had my cataract removed in one eye And my vision has improved greatly I can now drive again!!! I’m very pleased with my results after surgery and I am already scheduled to have my next eye done!!! Dr.Shoukfeh did a very great job.

Not very happy with Foothill Optometric. People are very forgetful there, have to wait 6 to 8 weeks for your lenses to come in and their Customer Service is not the same. Used to love this place. They have great Doctors, but their Auxiliary staff is not so desirable.😓

Dr. Fronk was very kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. The staff were friendly and supportive. I had a set of glasses fitted and the team in their optical section were equally helpful. I will definitely be going back and also recommending Vision One to acquaintances!

This place has me as a forever customer. The entire staff was amazing and welcoming. KiJana and Darrell service and hospitality was top tier I have a busy 4yr old who was growing antsy they provided a color book and crayons and friendly which for a mom with a little one was super sweet as she had to come with me. They were patient when I was indecisive about my glasses and even took a vote with my little one. KiJana made sure I walked out with the glasses I wanted. The level of professionalism, hospitality and great customer service of KiJana and Darrell is unmatched. The doctor was very nice and informative welcoming and the technician also was very nice and knowledgeable. This office and its staff are amazing!!! I was a walk-in and left out apart of the vision works family! I hope the team reads this.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Andriena Erickson, OD. She was very patient when I asked questions, and her understanding of my eye condition made me feel very at ease. I look forward to my recheck appointment in 5 weeks.

I have been a patient at Eye Associates of Pinellas St. Pete for over five years now and I usually don't like going to annual exams because it's too evasive for me. Really enjoy Eye Associates of Pinellas St. Pete because the women that work there are so beautiful in their own little ways. Look forward to going there and enjoying the self assurance of knowing that I am in the best possible place that I could be.

Brought my daughter in for her first exam and glasses and we were treated very kindly AND in and out pretty quick! The lady who helped me was super nice and helped with the whole process! The Dr was nice, calm, and patient with my daughter which made for a comfortable appointment. I chose this location because the Kennedy (Tampa) location isn’t always consistent with kindness so I’m happy that my daughter had a nice experience. Thanks we will be back!
