Excellent service and staff! I have used many vision services over the years and this business is the very best. I have never been disappointed. My wife and I both love giving our business to this Pearle Vision. Very highly recommended.

I have had good results, but I think every person has a different experience and results. I like medical problems so I do my research. You also have to trust your doctor and be honest with him. Dr. Mahmood El-Gasim is a good doctor he will answer your questions and explain things. I personally recommend him, but that is from my case. Yours might be very different.

So glad I met Right Vision Optical at the New Hyde Park Street Fair. I went into the store on Sunday and could not be happier with the service that I received. Everyone in the store was very knowledgeable,friendly, professional and very patient. They were more interested in making sure I was happy with the glasses that I was picking out rather then making the sale . They did not rush me or pressure me. I have been to many optical stores but none compare to this one. If you need new glasses,give Right Vision Optical a try. They are located next to the New Hyde Park Diner on Hillside Ave.

I have tried to call in Eye Physicians & Surgeons, PC in Westport, CT. It is unbelievable that I have left over a few messages and no one can get back to me. I have been trying to make an appointment for my son who failed a vision test. After a few tries they finally answered and said there was no referral for my son. They stated they would give me a call back. It’s been a week and I have not received a phone call back. Like I said I have left several VM and simply did not hear from them. Seems like they don’t care about their patients needs. This is extremely unprofessional. They should not be in business if they can’t even answer the phone.

While the staff was friendly, this office does not seem to have systems in place that work. I called to order contacts and was told to come into the store. When I came into the store to order contacts I was told I should have ordered over the phone. While in the store the woman helping me was showing me someone else's paperwork with full name and medical information. A really unnecessary HIPPA violation and honestly a red flag. I came into the store WITH MY PRESCRIPTION IN MY HANDS and I was told I couldn't order anything bc my old provider HAD to fax it. So my old provider faxed my prescription and visionworks said this never happened. Then my old provider gave visionworks all of my information over the phone and vision works said this never happened. Then my old provider faxed my prescription a second time and vision works said this never happened. I was switching only for insurance reasons but this was way too complicated from the get-go. I wouldn't recommend this experience to anyone.
