Dr. Li Li Chia is wonderful. Today my 10 year old daughter and I had our first visit with her and she was so pleasant and took the time for all my questions. She has many years of experience which is a plus! My older daughter saw her son, Dr. David Chia, the other day and was happy with the visit and how he taught her how to use contact lenses properly.

I have been coming here for nearly 15 years, since I was a teenager under my parents' insurance. Dr. Alinaghian and his team's service just doesn't compare. I appreciate the education and care. The front desk ladies are wonderful as well. I have been wearing glasses since elementary age, and contacts since middle school. I am incredibly grateful for their skill to use every bit of my insurance to cover glasses and contacts. At other places, I had to pick which one to cover with insurance, then pay a large out of pocket sum for the other. You would think it shouldn't be this hard to receive a yearly supply of covered contacts and frames, a basic necessity, especially with insurance. Appointments are always easy to setup. For these reasons, I continue to return every year.

Dr. Ali is awesome for kids! He and the staff were so kind and caring to my 3 year old daughter, were patient with the eye test to make sure we got the info we needed. She’s now wearing super cute glasses that have literally changed her life, she can see so much better after just one week with the glasses and I’m so thankful! Definitely check them out if you think your child needs glasses

I have been a patient of Dr. Alinaghian for nearly 20 years and in that time I have experienced nothing but excellent service and care. Dr. Ali and his front office staff have gone above and beyond for me each and every time I have come into the office. I'm always greeted with the warmest regards, received the top level of care, and sent home educated about the health of my eyes, with a generous supply of items to care for my contacts and glasses. There's nothing more you can ask for as a patient than a doctor who genuinely cares. I am so very grateful to Dr. Alinaghian and his office staff for the wonderful relationship that we have built over the years. A loyal patient is the true testament of exemplary care.

I had a great visit today. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The doctor was very efficient but addressed all my concerns and provided excellent advice on my prescription and I’m very happy with the new contacts. I also ordered new glasses, which I’ve waited 5 years to get new ones. I’m sure I’ll be just as happy with them. The person assisting me was knowledgeable about progressive lenses and did not try to up sell me when I chose a less expensive option since I don’t wear glasses often.

The young lady who did the initial testing was kind and courteous, an absolute doll. The Optometrist was very nice as well and took her time explaining my options. I will definitely be back next year.

I'm extremely grateful for everything that Dr Lee has done for me. She is extremely knowledgeable and empathic. I am very lucky to have found her. She partners very well with my team of doctors. She and Dr Kim work very well together. I looked for 10 years and saw more than 20 ophthalmologists before I found Dr Lee. Her knowledge is worth the drive from San Diego. Very grateful for her expertise and compassion.

From the time I made an appointment with a staff person, through the duration of my appointment, I would rate the UCI Gavin Herbert Eye Institute as world class. The staff is so welcoming and professional- at all levels . My physician, Dr. V. Patel, was very helpful, and extremely thorough. Conveyed instructions very carefully. I had a great deal of confidence, in his diagnosis. The facility is very open, and a lovely setting.

The care I received at the UCI’s Gavin Herbert Eye Institute, should be a model for all eye care facilities. The care was exceptional & thorough. I received the royal treatment! The providers are top of the line in knowledge, professionalism & care. I highly recommend them to anyone with an eye issue. I went outside of my insurance to see them for a second opinion for an eye issue I had for over a year with no improvement. They did thorough screening & testing and right away, the doctor was able to give me a diagnosis and it was different from what I had been told. They were able to communicate with my medical providers & right now, the issue is resolved. I will go back again if needed. I will change my insurance to what they accept or pay out of pocket because when it comes to one’s vision, top of the line care is worth it & is a must!!! Thank you Dr. Lee & Team.

This is an excellent business. The doctor does the exam quickly and explains everything in simple language. He is very patient and takes the time to answer everything i ask.
