The girl in the front desk did not help me to order a glass based on prescription. She kept me waiting for a long time and then I had to get out from the pharmacy she did not even stopped me. I would say, The girl in front desk located at 100-23 queens Blvd ; does not know how to handle and balance customer service. Very poor customer service.

I honestly wish I could use more stars. I have been seeing Dr. Bajart since birth and am her last Pediatric Patient. I am 22 and am striving in her care. She is very inteligent, caring and open to all possibilities. She also sees my mother and has been seeing her since the 1980s. She will always be a top pick and she goes above and beyond her job to help me. This is essential for the genetic condition I have. Will Recommend to a friend.

Dr Dhoot is very nice, professional, and definitely a retina specialist. The staff are very nice and efficient, making visits very nice. Their process moves smoothly getting all the needed tests done. Dr Dhoot and his staff are wonderful. Thank you for the great care!

Dr. Davis and her team are one of the best in Austin, TX! She goes the extra mile in making sure you have a full understanding of each exam, the cost vs. benefits and listening to what her patients have to share. There is no one else I would trust for my eye care!

My family and I have been going to Dr. LASSA for years love the Dr, Not his staff we paid for our visit waited over a month for someone to tell me my daughter's frames were no longer available after repeated phones call they couldn't just be honest and tell the truth went picked out another frame oh it gets better now they don't have the lens cover it goes with but ofcourse we were charged its been over 3 months the no communication from his staff to say sorry we charged you for something you don't have We will not be returning do not recommend this staff very unprofessional

I've been going to Dr. Mark Coble for over 30 years. He's a great Optometrist and I highly recommend him. He's always had pleasant staff that are very helpful in helping you pick the right frame for your face. If you're searching for a good eye doctor - search no more - you've found one!

The two ladies there made me feel welcomed as soon as I walked in the door. Unfortunately I didn’t get the name of the other, but Megan was great. She stayed positive with me throughout my whole visit, and went beyond helping me find a pair of glasses. I would recommend anyone go.

I was a new client and I felt welcomed the moment I stepped in the doors. Once Emily called me back to start my process it was only up from there. Emily was so personable with the greatest personality. Then I got to see Dr Vick I couldn't believe how wonderful she was as well. Now when they gave me Lily to show me my options for my frames I knew I had hit the jackpot. She and I talked as if we had known each other for years. She explained my options to see and went over everything making I understood. Her disposition was amazing and I felt right at home. I am so glad I chose to come here. Extraordinary experience all around...
