Overall, a good experience. Definitely felt staff was well trained & knowledgeable. Suggestions: -minimize/eliminate the need to go from the 1st to 2nd floor multiple times -reinforce which floor the eye professional is on when the appt is made -work on NOT feeling rushed

Dr. Maria Salado is incredible and always makes sure her patients are well taken care of. Her attention to detail, patience, and her personal investment and holistic approach in the well-being of her patients is unmatched. Dr. Salado is the only doctor I trust with my family’s eye care. I’ve used Dr. Fielding since 2011, it’s about time to change providers. He himself is excellent and meets the prior expectations he has set. It’s the current front staff lacking general customer service skills. On the same Dr visit (11/01/23) I ordered glasses and contacts. I ordered glasses that were to arrive 11/11/23, it’s now 3 weeks past the date and no update. I’ve contacted Anna (only person that answers the phones) asking for updates and receiving none. The contacts you ask? I had to call and remind them, the first worker that provided me a temp pair said the rest would be handled, no worries. Contact rep had no knowledge of ordering my correct brand temp and a full set. She was good and they called about 2 business days later for pickup. I was waiting to do a single pickup for glasses and contacts however that doesn’t seem realistic at this point. I did ask for a copy of my RX so will go with online alternatives since the office cannot meet the prior set expectations. Anyone recommend their own eye doctor?

Excellent Dr. She's very thorough & professional. Love the frame selection here as well. Staff is very responsive, they always text me about appointments, glasses/contacts arriving.

Fantastic selection of eye glasses, but most importantly the staff and eye doctors here are extremely knowledgeable and professional. Owners have been in this business for generations, and know all the nuances of the eyes. Highly recommend to anyone with vision issues.

Just got the smile procedure 2 weeks ago. It was super quick, I had the consultation and surgery on the same day, the doctor examined my eyes to see if I’m a good candidate, then did the procedure, the total time was around 2 hours for everything, the surgery itself was very quick and painless but you feel some slight discomfort on the day of the surgery, but if you rest then your good. The first day you have to rest your eyes so that means no watching tv or anything like that, just rest your eyes and once you wake up after sleeping your eyes feel almost 100%, you can do pretty much any activity the day after. My vision is now 20/20, and everything went well thank God. If anyone wants to get lasik and isn’t doing it because your worried about the risk, then research the smile procedure!

Impressive group of physicians, all well trained. Just had cataract surgery both eyes with excellent results. Dr. Shah and her staff are highly qualified, friendly and compassionate. My highest recommendation.

Two stars I absolutely love the eye physician himself , the fact that his staff is telling you they have a $20 charge just for them to add the PD to your prescription is absurd! Look for a new optical for next year.
