I made a mistake and went a day earlier than my appointment but they found the time to see me anyway and it was a perfect visit as I have come to expect. It is always a pleasant experience.

Dr. Truong is excellent. You will be happy you went to her office. She answers each question in comprehensive detail and has a pleasant energy. They have a fantastic selection of frames and I found some that fit my style. What stood out the most is the helpfulness of the staff. When my glasses got bent, Chris helped straightened them out. When I was waiting for new contacts, they gave me a few samples until my boxes arrived. You can tell that they care about the quality of there service. Go here if you're lucky enough to.

I had a fantastic experience at this doctor's office. The staff was incredibly polite, fantastic, and accommodating. The doctor was consistently prompt, which I truly appreciated. The level of service provided was excellent - everything was efficient and handled in a highly professional manner. Highly recommended!

Been coming here for a couple of years now with my family. The doctor and the staff are great. I was surprised by how modern their equipment are for eye exams.

I found dr Kimberly Haw to be genuine, personable and clear When communicating with me on my healthcare needs. I wouldn’t hesitate to visit doctor Haw once again or recommend her to people I know!

Service is really poor. Dont care attitude towards customers. They just want new patients and once you pay the bill they dont care. Not delivering glasses on time and asking customers mutiple times to book appointment and come for simple service.

I went to this place to get information for my daughter and was turned away because supposedly they are short staffed. The older lady at the check out station was not friendly at all and definitely didn’t have a good first impression. I understand if you are short staffed but have a better delivery on new patients. We will not be referring anyone over to this optometry.

I had a very poor experience with one of their employees and sent an email about it via their website. I was told the emails go to the Office Manager, and I never got a reply or an acknowledgment. Here's the email . . . Dear Sir or Madam: Your receptionists and medical staff have always shown outstanding customer service, but I've never cared for your salespeople. I was at Fremont Optometric Group recently, and Emily was especially rude and disrespectful. When I met her, Emily didn't greet me or introduce herself or anything. Right off the bat, she started talking about my insurance to see what coverage I had. Emily kind of yelled at me for putting frames back on the rack and complained about cleaning them. She never politely asked me for anything or said "please" or "thank you." After she was done with me, she rudely told me, "Go take a seat." Emily needs to learn some manners and requires training in customer service. I don't want to interact with her ever again. If necessary, I can easily go somewhere else in the future for eye care services. --- It's been over a week, and I still haven't gotten any response from Fremont Optometric Group. I guess they're so arrogant they don't care about their repeat customers. I will take my business elsewhere in the future.

I've been coming here for years since I was in college and I most appreciate the friendly staff, the convenience of booking appointments and ordering my contacts online. The office is clean and professional looking. Even though I don't live in Fremont anymore, I still continue to book my annual exams with Fremont Optometric Group because of the pleasant experience. Most recently, I've been seeing Dr. Sin and highly recommend her.

Dr. Steven Andersen is very patient and highly knowledgeable. I am so relaxed for my eye health now. Five star for the Doctor Anderson.
