Dr. Wood is fantastic I would give him personally 5 stars. My review has to do with the front staff. Not only is the front staff very ill informed about insurance but I was lied to and told I had to purchase my contacts there in order to have my exam covered by my insurance! This is not the case at all and I was informed of that when I went to target optical to order additional contacts as I get a discount there. I then had to go back and get them to cancel my order.

Had a wonderful experience at skyline optometry . They even helped me sign up for vision insurance to save me money on the eye exam and glasses. very professional, highly recommended!

We went to Clarity Eyecare, and can’t say enough wonderful things! Ms. Tanya greets you with the biggest smile and warmest energy! And Dr. Parker was so kind and thorough with his exam! Would definitely recommend if you’re in the market for a fabulous optometrist!

My son and I went in for an eye exam and contact fitting. I thought it would be just another eye exam with employees that really could care less if you were there or not. To say that I was wrong, is an understatement. The customer service was very impressive. One employee that stood out was, Mason. She had our best interests in mind the moment that I walked in the door. She took as much time as we needed and was happy to answer all of our questions. This is by far the best customer service that I’ve experienced in a long time. This is the place that you need to go for all your eye prescription needs.

Dr. Joshi did bifocal lens implants for me. I am thrilled both with the results and the care I received from the office. I have been back for several checkups and continue to receive great care from the entire staff. I highly recommend him. Thank you Dr. Joshi!

Please train your front desk personnel to be more courteous and patient when dealing with patients. Date of incident: 12/07/2023 Time of incident: 1400 Description: hefty Hispanic woman wearing orange glasses, hair pulled back in low bun. Did not even introduce herself. I also work in healthcare and this is not how you treat or talk to patients. Very rude, condescending and impatient when asking about insurance. If you cannot maintain your composure when answering these questions, perhaps you should work elsewhere. Update: Been coming here for over 10 years and did not have a negative encounter until today. Staff apologized after seeing this review so they seem to genuinely care about their patients which is appreciated. Other than that, everyone else in this office seems super friendly. In and out in 1.5 hours, not too bad.

I came here after being with another provider for years. I felt the other places service and experience was declining, so based on reviews I tried Woodbury Eye Clinic. I was not disappointed. The service and care by everyone was amazing. Dr. Nguyen was phenomenal!! I’ve already recommended her to two friends.

Excellent experience. Swift, effective, accurate, professional. I have a significant eye sensitivity and went into a bit of a panic, but they were very calming and comforting throughout the procedure. The results have been superb. I got the “monovision” with one eye far and another near. Adaptation to this has been much better than I thought. I am 5 days post-op and am frankly thrilled with the results. Their whole team was great to work with.
