Dr. Andersen is really nice but to wait for 2 hrs is a bit too much for me. So I would say goodbye. I hope, like what the staff said, they would keep their office afloat (by over booking schedules). Even if you book few months in advance, the staff already knows that you have to wait 2 hours.

Went there to get the nosepads replaced. Broken within few days because they are cheap and when returned, they claimed they were made from special order (nosepads? Iol) and asked me to buy again. Sorry, can't buy the same cheap stuff again and I'll look for somewhere else for my next pair of glasses.

Why was i charged for fitting of contact lenses when I only wanted any eye exam? The client needs to asked if they want fitting exam. I have been wearing these lenses for 25 plus years. This is scamming us for extra exams and paying 63$ unnecessarily. Not fair. Will not order my lenses from there anymore.

Excellent service. Always very friendly and helpful. I continually choose to come back for new glasses instead of going to discount store because of how well they treat you. I have at least 4 pairs of glasses here for myself and at least 3 times for my wife.

Dr.Young was extremely knowledgeable, explaining each test and what it meant for my eye health. The eye exam was thorough, yet efficient, employing the latest technology for accuracy. Post-exam, they offered assistance in choosing suitable frames from their wide range, providing insightful suggestions based on my face shape and preferences. Overall, it was an exceptional experience that left me confident in my eye care.

We started using Tri City Optometry about a year ago and loved it. We went back for our annual checkup today and had the best experience. The place is always immaculate. The service is hands down the best we have ever had. The staff is so caring, and considerate. Our Dr is so great. She explains everything along the way. Asks all pertinent questions. She really makes you feel at ease. I definitely recommend this facility for all of your Optometry needs. The eyeglass and sunglass selection if by far the best I've ever seen. They take VSP and it covers most of their services.

I took my daughter for an eye checkup. First, they have their own standalone office with a parking lot. Second, the office has a bright, clean look. They took care of us quickly. Everyone was nice. Our eye doctor was Dr. Yujia Zhang and she was really professional and knowledgeable. She was patient and very thorough with her eye exam. Gave us great recommendations at the end. We will be back here for a CRT lenses consultation soon.

I had as great of an experience as one can ask for. The owner was there who is super helpful and professional. I’m also very satisfied with the lenses thatI had acquired. No headaches, no blurriness, would definitely recommend.

I've been going to this place for a few years now and Mustafa and his team are great! The doctors are knowledgeable and the front desk team is kind and patient. I recently got contacts for the first time and they took the time to answer my questions and walk me through the process of putting them in and out. Highly recommend this place if you need an exam and purchase glasses and contacts. They have a wide selecation. Can't wait to see their new location!

Unprofessional. I told both the receptionist and eye doctor that I was there to update my glasses prescription. Immediately after I paid for the prescription, the receptionist told me my prescription would fluctuate for the next six months due to my being pregnant. I said they should have told me that prior to the exam and payment and he just smiled and shrugged.

Had been thinking about laser correction for a few years however was in 2 minds till I came to the Laser Eye Center, on the recommendation of a friend. The entire experience, right from the guidance on the type of surgery, to the actual surgery, to post opp appointments - all were excellent. Dr Ling was my surgeon and he guided me through the whole process. The labs are ‘state of the art’ and I would say hands down the best place in Silicon Valley to get your Lasik done. Bonus points for having a center in East Bay!
