The staff was very knowledgeable, warm, and welcoming. It was a stress and pressure free environment and from the moment I walked in I felt like I was making the right decision. I had smile surgery back in July and the healing process has been smooth and easy. If you have been thinking about getting LASIK done this is an excellent place to visit.

I’m very grateful for Dr. Bindi and his team at center to do my Lasik . I couldn’t be any happier. Everyone at at the center was kind, and it has positive vibes. I felt very safe to do my surgery with Laser Eye Center of the East Bay. Anyone who is interested doing Lasik, I highly recommend to come here.

Friendly and welcoming. Chris helped me with my eye exam had been a few years since I had my eyes checked. Found the comfort with the new technology in which the eye exams are done now. Left happy with the choice of glasses I purchased. Service was very professional and courteous.

My visit was very good, clear and details regarding of my prescription glasses. Doctor helped me get the correct prescription for new glasses. Would recommend it to anyone, IEHP is my insurance.

Very inconveniente made an appointment because my son eyes are red and hurt him but they canceled me 1 hour and 45 min before the appointment. Please don't waste our time.

I decided to stop by and get my eyes examined. I have never been to this place before. I got in and I I’m not sure what I got. I’m going on seventy and have been wearing glasses since I was twelve. I got is better now or now. Maybe three or four times a I was done. I know technology is growing in leaps and bounds but really. I think in less than ten minutes is scary. Maybe it was the fact he said I was done and I was seeing double. Might be a scam to bill Medicare and Medicaid. I haven’t ordered my glasses yet. Wont do me any good if it’s the wrong Rx.

Very professional! I took my sister there with no appointment and they took her in and gave her an exam pretty fast on a week day. There entrance is just inside the Walmart. But there is a couple big advertisements just before you walk into the shop. You won’t miss it. She has not received the glasses but I think that they are worth the try. I did not have a mask so they made me sit out side the door by the Walmart entrance. I felt terrible sitting by those two big signs watching people walk into the store.

Always happy to go to my kids appointments! Both doctors are so friendly and nice! It’s all fast you don’t wait so long like others days! Recommend 💯 …

I’ve been at this office since it was previously Freestone Optometric and was a little hesitant with the change. The staff up front is friendly and welcoming. Dr Phung was knowledgeable, great to talk with and learn from. The best part was picking my new frames with Kim! She took careful consideration for my personal taste but also helped me find something new, which I love! I will continue to come back 😊

I was so pleased, everything was great! Appointment time went as scheduled wonderful service,, staff was professional &. extremely helpful! Maricela assisted me and was brilliant!! I met the optometrist for the first time and I plan on continuing w/ her. I am making sure my household also goes there! 😊 I really like the way they treated me & I appreciate businesses like these!

First time here and the Doctor was so nice she gave me all the information I needed made me feel comfortable & let me know what steps we were going to take from here on out due to my dry eyes. Staff was very friendly as well & I was seen so quick no wait time at all.
