I had a great experience with pearle! Everyone in there was so nice and helpful, Georgi was able to help me get some new glasses for a great price!

I have been coming to advance, family vision Center for years. Not only do they truly treat everyone as family, but they give you the absolute best service and care! This is very important, knowing that your eyesight is such a priority on everything you do every day. Dr. Rasner and her staff take the utmost care of each one of my family members and have always done so. I would definitely recommend to Rasner and her staff to anyone!

I went to Eye Lab and had Emily as my Sales Associate. The service she provided was outstanding. Emily made the experience so seamless and easy. In addition, she was a great help when selecting my eye glasses and took the time to ensure I picked the one that fit my face the best. I rarely ever write reviews, but this one is deserved. Great Customer Service!

I love Lucent Vision! Dr. Pathak is very knowledgeable and so kind and patient. The office staff is warm and welcoming as well. I feel at ease there, and I know I have the best care. I'm grateful to have found them!

He's so kind and a great doctor, only eye doctor I've ever been to in my life and I've no intention of changing that. Never a long wait, and you never feel rushed as a patient. Overall great vibes and no scary doctors office feelings whatsoever.

I don't know why others are saying this is a bad place, I had a visit today and they were AWESOME. The lady at the front desk was so nice and caring, the lady who did my intake was just super cool and the Dr doing my exam was just as great and friendly. I would recommend this place to everyone I know. I had another Dr's appointment and center for sight accommodate me. I have nothing to say great things about this place. It was super clean and just a very pleasant atmosphere.

Rosie went above and beyond to help me out. I was able to get both my glasses and sunglasses. She was patient and gave her honest opinion on how they looked on me. Recommend this place!!!

Watch out for their off insurance billing, and sending you to collections for bills never agreed as personal. Was advised to be in cataract surgery and never told would require post op visits and procedures, which hit in a different billing cycle and became personal when not covered on insurance. Very unhelpful customer accounting, wanted full payment plus collection fees, at the full insurance rate rather than more private patient rate, or Medicare and no Medicaid taken Hitting your credit report was NOT appreciated. Found them being the “owners” very cold and callous, and most unhelpful. I’d definitely look elsewhere, and watch those tricky forms they sneakily make you sign, with small print saying you are personally liable, if your insurance did-avows or refuses to pay… leaves you high and dry. Be very careful signing anything.
