I would give 10 stars if I could!! Dr. Vu and her highly trained staff were very thorough and efficient with my exam, guiding me through every step of the way. Dr. Vu was very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with all my questions. The optician was very happy to help me select the perfect pair of frames and lens. I'm in love with my glasses and the prescription is right on! I'm seeing significant improvement in my vision with this new prescription. The office is clean, new, hightech, professional and has great positive energy. They have a great selection of frames, including designer ones. I walked away with a pair of Gucci and they look amazing. I was on business travel and the office even shipped me the glasses. That's exceptional, first class service! Thank you - you guys are the best!

Came in for an eye exam and was extremely pleased by how kind the staff was. Everyone was very helpful and the exam was quick and thorough. Definitely coming back here for any of my optic needs!

Dr. Vu is the best! She is so helpful and she explains everything very well! She is very knowledgeable in her field and you can tell by the work she is doing. I would definitely recommend her to friends and family! Thank you Dr. Vu!

This was my sons first eye exam and my daughters second. The office was nice as was the staff. The staff is very welcoming, helpful and attentive. Everyone was knowledgeable and very patient especially covering the insurance and options for payment on glasses. My wife and I were super happy with the Dr as well. She was able to calm the kids down and go through all the exams quickly and efficiently along with explaining everything to my wife and I. Needless to say my wife and I will be scheduling appointments for ourselves in the coming weeks. Recommend to anyone if they’re looking for a friendly, close to home eye doctor!

Such a great experience! It was my first time going to Visionworks and definitely would come back! The staff went above and beyond especially Lisa! She truly cares about what you need and making sure you are happy with your frames. Very professional and genuinely wants to help!

The whole team at this office is spectacular. Monique is very kind and was an absolute joy for my initial exam and Dr. Emmy Thai is the most thorough doctor of optometry I’ve ever worked with in my life. She went above and beyond to make sure my prescription was perfect. I highly recommended this office for your eye care needs. I ended up getting three pairs of glasses with their special offers and promotions for far less than my prior experience at LensCrafters (of which I will never be back after my experience here).

The ophthalmologist receptionists (Costco Independents) are lazy, they will make you waste time and patience to make an appointment even if your Insurance says its in their net, they'll make you call and verify. The optical area (belongs to COSTCO) are friendly, helpful, excellent.....

The receptionist is one of the most rude people ive met. Will make you run through hoops to make an appointment even if your provider says its in their network they'll make you call and verify.

The Doctor is one of the most condescending people I have ever spoken to. Her helper who answers the phone is rude, unprofessional and is unqualified to do such a complicated job. Answering the phone and writing down appointments, don't you need a college degree to do that? Lord forgive her for she knows not what she does. How the heck did this doctor get this Primo location in a Costco. You would think that the powers that be would care about how this makes Costco look. Book somewhere else or you will be sorry.

We have been patients with Dr Truong for over 10 years. I came for my check up and eye glasses prescription in October. Dr Truong charges $1,000 for a standard pair of glasses, I checked that price twice. I have to have glasses and sunglasses. I just can’t afford that money but online I can have 3 pairs of glasses and sunglasses for $300. When I got my glasses sadly they were blurry. I called Dr Truong’s office and was told to bring them in and they would check for free except they charged $50. The prescription was correct they said and so I asked then the prescription is wrong? No the assistant believe the glasses were made wrong but I didn’t think so and no second exam was offered. So I went to the new vision works and paid $118 for another test and prescription. The prescription was different. So I had my glasses made with the new prescription and they came today and are perfect. I called Dr Truong’s office about this and asked for my money back and was told Dr Truong would call me except she didn’t instead her assistant Kayla called and said no refund. $50 for ten minutes when it was a bad prescription. So our new doctor is very nice and both she and her staff said Dr Truong is gouging her patients for money. It also seems that she doesn’t care what kind of job she does either. Please learn from this, please don’t trust this doctor because she will absolutely take you for a ride and you will lose money. Absolutely not trustworthy. Despicable.

Was able to make a same day appointment and everything was covered by my insurance. Very pleased with their service.
