Totally depends on which day you have surgery I guess. My first cateract surgery was a 5*, the second was a 1*. Wrong anesthesiologist, felt rushed through. Sorry to have to say...it was not good.

I had cataract surgery on both eyes, one two weeks after the other, with great success. Not only was the process pain free there wasn’t even anything that I would consider discomfort. Results were fantastic! Dr. Schneider and his staff were supportive and caring and comfortable in their competence. Can’t imagine any better results or an easier experience.

Dr. Shoukfeh is very nice, took his time answering all of my questions & truly made me feel cared for. He explained what cataracts are & helped me feel at ease when making the decision to proceed with cataract surgery. I am happy with my vision, it is sharper & brighter. I highly recommend him to all my friends and family.

Autumn was honest and offered me the special in glasses which saved me money. Plus helped me pick out the right design for my face

I went for an appointment yesterday for myself and my sister and it was fantastic! We had the best experience from the Doctor and all the Staff! My sister and I have found this place for life!

The receptionist added retinal exam cost without asking my permission. That is not a proffesional service. She should explain before adding it to the total instead of trying to charge without my concent.

Loved Dr Chen… thorough, kind, funny, impressive and easy to understand! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her for their eye doctor.

Doctor Posse was extremely kind and thoroughly knowledgeable about his practice. However, I would like to say that the person working the front desk was not too informative about pricing and insurance coverage. I too went in with insurance believing I would have a low cost appointment that I am typically accustomed to. I even took the initiative to call and ensure that my appointment would be low cost, provided my insurance and everything. I was even assured I was okay, which I thought was perfect since it was close to my job. Upon, the completion of my appointment I was completely bamboozled and had to pay a premium. I initially chose MyEyeDr to avoid this so the incompetency of some of the staff will probably dissuade me from coming here again.

I am very happy with my eye glasses both the frames and the prescription. All the staff was very helpful and made me feel comfortable asking questions.

Holly is so helpful! It was my first time going in to get glasses and she made everything quick and easy. The purple frames are to die for!

Dr. Bokosky always takes the time to answer questions and explain test results. I am very happy to have Dr. Bokosky as my doctor. His staff are all very nice and professional.
