All of the ladies were friendly and helpful. But I must point out Karri's expertise. She was incredibly knowledgeable and made my experience fun and educational at the same time.

The staff was friendly. Dr. M took her time to explain her examination and answer my questions. The optician Karri helped me pick out a fashionable/optimal pair of glasses (and within my budget). Great first experience!!

I had just gotten an eye exam by the optometrist in this location. The doctor is eccentric. Overall I left the place feeling uncomfortable and unsatisfied with any interaction I had with any employee. I was able to leave with my prescription but will definitely not be returning.

I needed to get my 7 year olds eyes checked after a school vision test said she had blurry vision. I was very excited to use site for sore eyes as the rest of my family needed eye exams also. I made an appointment for the next day for my daughter. The office then called me the day of the appointment and said their doctor does not see anyone younger than 9 years old. I am confused because the website says all ages. She then said they do not have the right equipment. I explained that my daughter is tall for her age, is over 100% on the growth charts, she can read letters, numbers, shapes and is extremely well behaved for all types of medical visits. She proceeded to tell me they just don’t have the right equipment. I am very disappointed and they will not be receiving the other three of us that needed eye exams and glasses.

I had a very good experience during my visit to Site for Sore Eyes (Napa Valley). They have a great selection of frames and they helped me pick one that complimented my facial structure. After they put the prescription lenses in them, I noticed the height adjustment was a bit off. They insisted they didn't want me walking out of the store unless I was very happy. So, they fixed them for me immediately and even offered me a Starbucks coffee while waiting! Finally, I was quite pleased with the quality of service, workmanship and the frames were very comfortable. They must have also looked good because I received some nice compliments. Will definitely be going back for my next pair.

NO ONE IS PRESENT TO HELP. I've showed up to the store many times and no one is ever there. My calls are never returned. I got insurance for my glasses only to pay an extra fee because I can't get a replacement. You guys need to get a booking system so that we can book an appointment since you do NOT wish to be at the store to help us. I was told yesterday by the JC PENNY Manager that Daniel was on lunch @ 5pm when they close at 6pm. California law you must take it within 5hours of clocking in. She then said "oh maybe he is gone for the day" what a joke! I wasn't the only upset client, there was another lady there too.

I recently went yesterday to get some glasses & they have amazing deals not to say they have a good amount of variety of different options for glasses. I’m really excited for my glasses to come in. lol first time (: but Thank you for your service.

Their use of state of the art equipment works in conjunction with the many varied professionals in the Hillcrest office results in solutions that any patient who visits their establishment are more than satisfied with the outcome. This is the premier go to establishment for anyone who desires to have quality care and results for any vision concerns.
