If I could give this doctor, his staff, and his office "0" stars I would. The majority of patients are elderly, so they don't know any better through their insurance sending them there.
He should have retired at least 10 years ago and yet he still working. He performed a procedure on my 96 yr old mother which broke up her cataracts into several pieces and left her sight worse with constant pain. I arrived from out of town only to remove him as her attending.
An ophthalmologist in Idaho falls performed surgery to repair the damage. My mother's sight now at 98 yrs old is that of a new born baby.
When you walk in and you see everyone there is elderly, you'll know why they're willing to trust a doctor who is practicing beyond the time he should, they feel comfortable dependent on his age = experience. His medical equipment is aged out.
Save your eyes.... go see someone whose young at heart, body, mind, and soul and TECHNIQUE.
Oh and by the way if you've had a procedure with him and you've gone for follow up appointments regarding that same procedure, you should not have been charged for the office visit fee.
Dr. Crystal may have been a fine physician earlier on in his career, but his time has passed.

My exam was so fast, so disinterested, and so uncaring that I will not be returning here. As a senior on a fixed income that has not had a dilated pupil exam in nearly forty years, I was excited to get a referral from the EyeCare America program through the American Academy of Ophthalmology. The staff was ok, just ok. The doctor gave me about two minutes of his time. He looked at my eyes, said that everything was normal for my age, and did about 30 seconds of the "which one is better? the first one or the second one? When I told him that I had recently updated the prescription for my eyeglasses, we were instantly done. All I saw was his back as he walked away saying, "See you in about a year". No he won't. I am very uncomfortable to get care here.
I am adding this additional information: since finding that this doctor is in his seventies and that there are two other doctors that practice in his office, it is possible that I was treated by a different doctor at the Eye Physicians Medical Group. So as you can see, the doctor never introduced himself (or even said hello). This is still a terrible place to get care.

Office was old in 1970. Broken equipment, and took an hour and a half past my appointment to be seen, only to be rushed as they wanted to go home

Dr. Watson and staff are the best!! Friendly and knowledgeable, they'll help you from exam to frame and lens selection. They never rush you or upsell, just list options. I trusted my eyes to Dr. Watson and had LASIK done almost 10 years ago. At the time the procedure made my vision better than 20-20 and it's still excellent. Support this small business!

He's the best eye doc I've ever been too! I've been to a lot of them! Had problems with my eyes all my life. He introduced me to contact lens from being a person that never wore glasses til I was forty and how terrible it was for me to deal with glasses! It's very irritating when you don't deal with glasses then have to..My contacts are freedom! Thanks Doc!

I've been going to Dr. Watson for 10 years now and figured it was time for a review. Both he and his office staff are kind and attentive people. They take their time with you and make sure questions are answered and you get the right glasses/contacts for your style and pocketbook.

the worst experience with this store, dont go there if you value your time, especially for prescription glasses, glasses were supposed to be ready in two days! ended up waiting 2 weeks and when picked up the glasses the lense was not the one i ordered plus didnt have any coating that i paid for! so just try to find a store with good reviews instead and stay away from this store,
