I was seen by Ting ting Liu because Dr Longar had canceled her appointments at the last minute. Ting ting Liu has the worst mannerism. When I walked into the office she gave no introduction or welcome but instead a very cold summary of my results straight away with a very unfriendly and unwelcoming tone as if her being there was an inconvenience. Her attitude was simply, “You have to listen to me because I am a doctor”! Needless to say, I regret accepting an appointment with her and I will NOT be returning. I DO NOT recommend Ting Ting Liu from Seton Medical Center!

Dr. Brosnan has a very pleasant, energetic personality. He is artful at making you feel comfortable, and not intimidated. He was patient in listening to my concerns and able to ease my worries and reassure me that there is nothing else wrong with my eyes aside from being nearsighted and having astigmatism. He's also good at explaining things and tend to use analogies. Overall, I highly recommend him!

The check in process was smooth especially since we were able to fill out a form online ahead of our appointment. I really admire the extra effort Jolie put into providing excellent customer service. She helped me with choosing new glasses and really listened to what I wanted for my next pair. She went above and beyond and brought out several pairs that helped me narrow my choices. She’s a delightful employee and made our visit so enjoyable.

You know, LensCrafters isn’t the best in my opinion but it’s quick and easy. The customer service is usually meh and they are always so busy at each location. HOWEVER, Jolie in Colma takes the time to get to know you and your needs to ensure you choose the right frames. Her personality, experience, and attention to detail stands out at this location and keeps me coming back. The world needs more people like JOLIE. I will continue to visit this location so long as Jolie is there.

Had Jolie assist me with my new glasses purchase. She is clearly very experienced at her craft and has great taste. She picked out the perfect pair on the first try. I was very impressed. Very busy today and she had to handle multiple patients at the same time but I never felt neglected because she was always checking in on me making sure I was well taken care of. Very grateful to have Jolie as a sales advisor today. Thanks again :)

My name is Jeffrey Fresnoza. I have been a patient of Dr. Paul Holland Sr since 1985. A longtime customer for more than 37 I am very pleased with Dr. Holland and his wonderful staff. The best customer service and professionalism throughout the years. I highly recommend using their services! Mila has been with Dr. Holland since I started seeing him and Mila is a great asset with her knowledge and expertise! Congratulations on a very successful Practice Dr. Holland!

Good doctors. Rude front desk staff. Tried to complain to an office- manager Mila- she replied “ if you don’t like us you can go to somewhere else “. Mila- I don’t come to see you, I come to see my doctor. Unbelievable rudeness.

Dr Buckley was kind and down to earth. Didn't push me to make any unnecessary expesenses. Easy and relaxed appointment process. Receptionist was also very nice. Definitely recommend!!
