I recently picked up my new glasses at the cane bay office and was more than happy. The staff are very professional and friendly and my glasses are excellent. After a very disappointing experience with another provider, Low Country Eyecare in Cane Bay was such a wonderful change. I will definitely be going back.

I've going to Dr. Kiyan's for extended wear contact lenses for more than 30 years. He is the only doctor who could fit the lenses . I wouldn't go anywhere else. He is the very best!

Listen, when I say I never thought I could love and eye doctors office.. this place is amazing!! Everyone in this office is super helpful, super friendly!!! If I could give it more stars I def would!! Love the doctor, love the front desk staff, love the back office staff. I literally can’t explain how happy I am with my services today!! Thank you so much to this team for making my visit easy and fast!! God bless this office and everyone in it!! ❤️❤️

This place is ridiculous. I suffered from mastoiditis and was hospitalized for it and was seen by this facility afterwards by dr Susan to make sure the infection in my head was gone. The doctor that seen me first at this facility did her tests and said there was still fluid left over and I needed surgery. The surgery was scheduled and I went to the surgery appointment and Dr Fredrick Gall was the dr that was supposed to perform the surgery. He came in the room not even knowing what was going on asking me. He then proceeded to look in my ear and say I don’t have any fluid left in my head. When I questioned him about the prior diagnosis from the same office with the prior doctor he said she doesn’t know what she is talking about and that he has 30 years on her. Very inappropriate and unprofessional and when it was all said and done it was a waste of time and money

I have had nothing but good experiences with Dr. DeNiro. She is attentive, responsive, and knowledgeable. It is a busy office and so sometimes there is a wait, but I have always been fit in when there has been a problem. She did cataract surgery for me and the results have been very good. I would highly recommend her.

The front desk is welcoming and efficient, and the doctor takes time to patiently answer all questions and concerns. Appointments are well organized and run on time.

They sell fake designer glasses please be aware. When I called to let them know that my Tom Ford glasses weren't authentic they laughed and offered me an authenticity card like that would make a difference. I'm going to call my insurance company to file a claim and receive my money back. SMH I thought because it's located on city line that it would be creditable. HUGE MISTAKE. BE AWARE. I posted up a picture of authentic glasses on the website VS the ones they gave me. How dare they!

What a wonderful staff and exam! I was given options and explanations for my eye care that had never been brought up by previous eye specialist facilities. So refreshing to be seen as a partner in my care by Dr. M. Bowden. Highly recommend.

I would give 0 stars if I could. First off, trying to make an appointment is IMPOSSIBLE. Either the phone rings and rings and rings or you’re kept on hold for an hour. When you finally get someone, she sounds like she could care less about her job. I gave all of my insurance information and confirmed my appointment. Fast forward to my appointment, I show up at the office a half hour before since I was a new patient to find out my appointment was cancelled without my knowledge!! & to top it off the receptionist called the “coordinator” & she lied through her teeth claiming she called me twice and left me two messages to tell me my appointment was cancelled. I never got any sort of call, email, text, nothing. They couldn’t do anything for me besides offer some careless “sorry you’re frustrated”. Absolute waste of time, save yourself and find a professional establishment.

The exam and visit was great but today I called up there to check on my glasses and the lady on the phone was snappy and claimed that my glasses only became avalible today and that she just forgot to call me to pick them up but if I could be there in 15 minutes I was welcome to pick them up!!! Very rude and I am not happy at all now I have to spend the weekend not being able to see because she FORGOT TO DO HER JOB!! I understand I am a medicade customer so I'm not top priority but still I deserve the same reverance paying customers get!! Thanks a lot!!!!!
