I was excited to get my 11 year old daughter new glasses. I spent alot of money with all the add ons they offer when the glasses came in the lens didn't fit the frame and 1 pair was too big. The receptionist was nice, but the quality for the price was ridiculous.

False advertisement and horrible customer service. Before going in I called and they said they accepted my vision insurance. When I arrived they asked me to send an email with the card insure. After consultation was done they wanted to charge me over $99 just for visit! Lol At the end they told me they didn't accept my insurance but they would honor the price, what they didn't do, because the lenses copay is only $10. Worse part: I was expecting to get my glasses same day as advertise, and they informed it would be 10 days out because their machine is down!! Overall waist of a time!! Don't go there.

Dr. Newsome and Dr. Inthavong are both kind and professional eye doctors. Dr. Newsome has such a gentle soul about him, has amazing memory about his patients and will switch between 1 and 2 as many times as he needs to, to make absolute sure which one is better for you. He is definitely an active listener and will pick up on any concern you may have, and try to help you. I only go once a year and it’s a wonderful experience every time. The whole office staff is awesome, friendly and helpful as well. My recent trip I had woken up with burning eyes about 3 a.m. and knew something was wrong. Dr. Inthavong was able to fit me in her schedule that day, asap, and discovered I somehow had abrasions on both my corneas… which I never had before as far as I know. Both doctors are so thorough and will happily explain things in layman's terms for you. Also, Shari, the office manager is an absolute gem. Her personality is fantastic. She was so patient and kind with me while I tried on about five pairs of glasses, knowing I was on the fence about getting some because I’ve worn contacts for countless years. Even when I didn’t end up getting any, and was asking for a work note, then something else, like an annoying restaurant customer asking for ranch, napkins one at a time.. she was totally pleasant the entire time. Also, the ladies at the front desk, I know Norma’s name but not the other woman’s. They’re both very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Norma made sure I had a note for work when I almost forgot to ask for one. Also, Norma very easily made sure my plan with my new job was compatible and what it entitled me to. Additionally, when I left my childhood eye doctor as an adult I was so nervous, thinking I’d have as bad of an experience as I did trying a different dentist, but it has been simply great. Finally, Dr. Inthavong even personally called me later that day to ensure that I was able to get my antibiotic eyedrops, as the whole ordeal was out of pocket for me due to my medical provider. I was FLOORED. We do not come by that level of care that often - if ever! My heart was warmed. Honestly, this is a long review, but it’s very well deserved. Great staff, great company, I’m glad I get to be a patient here.

Dr. Inthavong is excellent- I highly recommend her. She took the time to explain things and is very good at what she does. Everyone at the office was friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Just had my second appointment here, and my first with Dr. Inthavong. She was super professional and personable and seemed extremely conscientious. She explained my eye scans to me in a very interesting way, and gave me great advice for my future eye care. I'm so relieved I found this office, it's the best eye care I've found in the Fresno area.

Today my son and I had our annual checkup. We had a great experience! Every staff member who talked to us was friendly and patient. Dr. Baudonnet was friendly, helpful and very professional. Every time we go to Eye-Q Clovis we feel welcome! Thank you everyone for a great service!

Dr. Adams was lovely! Very efficient knowledgeable and soft-spoken! I appreciated her care and concern with asking me questions and I can’t wait to see her again next August. Also the nurse that works with her was very sweet also! She made me feel very comfortable, and was very efficient and the overall experience there was much better than last time! I was in and out in 25 minutes

Eye-Q used to be a place where you found compassionate care and great doctors. Now they have zero regard for how your treated or the patient experience. I had an appointment at 9:35 AM. I got a text to check in so I did so and paid my copay. I sat for an hour and finally went to the desk to cancel my appointment as I couldn't wait any longer. I was told I had never checked in so I had to show my phone and credit card to prove I had in fact checked in and paid my co pay. I drove over 4 hours to be here on time. I used the method requested of Eye-Q to check in and yet it was a me problem that it didn't work. Was told to reschedule or I could wait around to see if I could be worked in. Sad when a patient does as asked and has to prove they aren't lying. Waits are ridiculous here to begin with. If you value how you're treated and your time this isn't the eye doctor to visit. I'd highly recommend looking for an Eye Doctor that values the customer experience and care as those values no longer exist at Eye-Q Vision centers.

Office is now larger, more open space which is nice. Girls at the reception desk are welcoming and helpful, go the extra mile to help the patients. I’ve been coming here since 2003. Love Dr Casagrande! Very thorough and explains everything clearly. The staff who assist you in finding the right frames/style/color/fit are very helpful and suggest what finish you may benefit from. Overall a great experience!

I love 20/20 Optometric. I've been seeing Dr. Casagrande since I was a kid. I'm now 33 haha. He answers every question I have and explains things so I can fully understand what going on. I will forever be a patient of his. His staff always goes above and beyond to help. I highly recommend his office for yearly eye checkups.

Dr. CASAGRANDE 20/20 Optometric has some OG Football Helmets on Display. I am getting my glasses all cleaned up and straightened at no charge. Been coming here since 2002.
