Dr Chen and his staff are great! I had my LASIK procedure done there 6 months ago, and have amazing vision. They explained the process very well upfront and truly prepared me for that experience. Dr Chen was even better during the procedure when he explained each step to make me feel comfortable with what was happening. I was nervous going into this because it was my eyes, but after everything was said and done the whole experience was amazing. I even have a video that I haven’t watched yet!

This is my first time trying out Warby Parker at The Forum shops in Carlsbad. The staff was so knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming, they made it easy to find what I was looking for. The checkout process was painless, and I was on my way pretty quickly. Definitely recommend visiting the store!

I walked in with no appointment. Sandra quickly scheduled me for the next available, helped me narrow down the best frames for my face, Dr Do took me back for a thorough eye exam and recommended separate glasses for the ergonomics in my career, and then Sandra helped me finish the checkout process over the phone as I was on a time crunch. The service and expertise was exceptional and I am very grateful I happen to wander in and check this task off my list with ease and assistance. I highly recommend this location and everyone that helped me through the process.

I have never had such a fantastic experience buying prescription glasses before. I had the best, most experienced and personable young lady help me. I can only compare her to a an expert sommelier. She listened to what I was looking for and delivered several pairs of fashionable glasses for me to try. After an easy comparison of all of the pairs she offered that were the style I requested, it was so easy to choose the winners. Rena then very clearly told me of all of the options that were available without ever trying to upsell me like they do at all of the other stores I have been to. I was completely satisfied and would recommend Warby Parker to everyone who is looking for new glasses. They are very reasonable and fashionable with amazing warranties and service.

Dr. Daniels and her team were very instrumental on my healing process after a severe concussion. I am very thankful for their wisdom, tools and therapies.

Dr. Susan L. Daniel is absolutely THE BEST!!! Our son who is diagnosed with autism is a tough patient, but Dr. Daniel makes the appropriate accommodations for him to have a successful appointment. He’s been seeing her for about 10 years now and we wouldn’t have it any other way. Thank you Dr. Daniel for ALWAYS going above & beyond for your patients. We adore you

In addition to standard vision exams, Dr. Daniel also administered a visual efficiency and visual processing exam and helped identify issues in the way that my eyes track together (convergence insufficiency). For those with limited speech, Dr. Daniel is able to do examinations without the need to answer as many questions as is typically required. Especially recommended for individuals affected by autism and other learning disabilities.

Dr. Cavanaugh has been taken care of my eyes and my families eyes for the last 7 years. I trust her completely. She is awesome. She takes time to care for each and every patient. She hooked my kids up for college and we still see her today. I highly recommend her to anybody looking for a new eye doctor. You will love her.

I had been to Kavanagh several times and had received exellent service, however, my last exam was with another employee and the prescription I was given was wrong. My new glasses made my vision worse. When I presented the situation to her office, they refused to correct the wrong prescription. It was said that the past person who tested my eyes, must had been in a hurry. They told me that this situation was on me.The receptionist was very, very rude on the phone and in person. I will never be coming back to this locations optometrist. Costco eye center on the other hand was very kind and helpful as always.

Dr. Kavanagh is great. I've had a lot of appointments with her through the years and she referred my wife to a corrective laser eye center. Part of my wife's laser eye correction included a post op checkup, we understood the fee to be included. For the post op checkup we didn't get Dr. Kavanagh. My wife got to the office 15 minutes early, like they recommend, and was seen 20 minutes after her appointment time, so if you are planning to do this on a lunch break be prepared. When she got into the exam room, she had to remind them that she was just there for a post op exam. The OD told her that there was no difference and that she would need to pay. My wife refused and left the exam room. The receptionist recommended that my wife call her laser surgery center to confirm, which she did. The laser eye center called to the office while she was there, and the doctor still refused to see my wife without payment. To put a cherry on top: When the receptionist relayed the message from the laser surgery center to the doctor, the doctor disregarded it and continued to refused to see my wife. The other doctor must have too many clients to care about customer service.

Had a nice experience with Dr Bloch. My eyesite has been getting progressively worse and I knew it was time to update my prescription and probably move to the dreaded progressive lens. Dr Blochs staff called me back immediately and was able to get me an appoint without a long wait time. The front staff and opticians were friendly and funny and helped me pick out a pair of new frames. They seem to really enjoy helping people pick a style that works for them. Even Dr Bloch joined in the search and was listening to what I like. I feel like Dr Bloch is a more Old-school style Dr. He doesn’t have a bunch of flashy tools or high pressure tactics. He was upfront about additional charges and you could easily opt out. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to my family and friends
