I have an appointment today at 8:45 to clean up my lens at the surgery center in Thousand Oaks. I received a phone call and a text message telling me to be here at 6:15, 2.5 hours early. I arrived at 6:15 but the outside door will not open and no one answered the three different phone numbers I have called. Someone coming to work in another office let me into the building and the office is open even though no one answered the phone. I have had this type of treatment before in the Westlake and Camarillo offices and I was not asked to arrive 2.5 hours early or pay $165 facility charge. Because of this I do not recommend the surgery center for minor laser treatment that you can have in the Westlake Office.

This was my first visit and I’m super happy I made the switch over to Battle Born Eye Care! All staff were helpful and kind! Dr. Mia was very thorough and helped me find a better fit for my contact lenses.

I was so incredibly nervous about my procedure but every single staff member I interacted with was so incredibly kind and caring. They put me at ease and helped me through a scary and unexpected emergency. Thanks to everyone for helping to keep me calm and making the entire experience as smooth as possible. I would highly recommend coming here for any eye issue!

We had a wonderful experience taking my daughter to Dr. Sara Hakopian for her eye exam. We are new to Burbank and are so glad we found Dr. Hakopian. She is an excellent optometrist and was very thorough, organized and professional throughout the entire visit. She took her time with the exam and answered all of the questions I had, which I really appreciated. Her office also has a great optical with a large selection of beautiful glasses and frames to choose from. I highly recommend Dr. Hakopian to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, caring, and detail-oriented optometrist.

Well organized, professional and trustworthy are mainstays of this office. Pricing on frames should be more transparent rather than having to ask about prices each and every time.

Horrible service. My prescription came off in less than a year. She going to tell me cuz I didn’t pick my glasses up on time. My last prescription lasted me 3 years from some place else. Lesson learn. I will never do glasses from these places on Jamaica avenue. That’s my 2nd bad experience from over there.

Only does eye exams, doesn’t have glasses, frames or contacts on site. You have to take your prescription elsewhere. Horrible customer service, would not approve one pair of contacts to be sent to Walmart while I was out of town and had an emergency. Ended up having to cancel my plans and have someone drive to Tennessee to pick me up. Absolutely horrible, will not return and will not recommend.

You would be crazy to think twice about going to Dr. Scott. I was diagnosed with RP at 10 and spent years being thrown around doctors and specialists who knew nothing about my condition. He is an expert in everything he does and is the only person I will ever trust from now on with my eyes as he has helped me exponentially with recovering some of my vision. I am a college student and when I was away at school I had an eye emergency which he was able to help me with on a Sunday night when they were closed. He got me recommended to one of his colleagues near me who helped me out the next morning. He cares greatly about his patients and it shows as he checked in on my progress regularly after!

Dr. Tea was extremely kind and thorough. Each step of my exam was explained and she made me feel very comfortable. I very much appreciate her taking extra time to answer my questions and provide detail so I would understand the need for my new glasses and the possible changes to come in the future. Front desk staff was also friendly and I loved that I got personal help picking my new cute frames!

I stopped in to have my sun glasses repaired. Laura helped me and was very friendly. She quickly fixed the plastic nose pad and straighten the metal frame it was attached to. I was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes and they did a wonderful job!!
