I have had to wear glasses for over 45 years. I had rapid growing cataracts and Dr Wongs did the vitality implants and now my vision is 20/20 and it has been less than 2 weeks. Grin Eye Care is an amazing and very courteous place to go for all your eye care needs. Totally awesome staff with hearts of gold. I would totally recommend this place. Truly blessed

Seems like a decent place, and was well spaced out when I went. Staff were pleasant and Dr Hong (if that's the female doc) was knowledgeable. I have a procedure set up soon, so I'll update so long as I don't go blind. Edit 7/13/21: it's the day of the procedure. They were half an hour late getting me into put chops in my eyes, that was after I went up to complain. But it's now been over an hour and I still have yet to go in for my actual procedure. There's one person ahead of me, which I found out about after I managed to get the attention of the receptionist. No matter how it goes today, I don't think I want to come back again.

Been coming here for the last 2 or 3 years and i made my appointment. Came in to said appointment and they said they had no appointment for me. I showed them my appointment that was scheduled and the lady at the front counter said "it wont let you,the doctor doesnt take appointments on tuesdays" why wouldnt i get notified of this or why does it let me set up an appointment? She was snarky and a little too much "as a matter of fact" with me.

Dr. Haik is very thorough and often takes over an hour per patient. I have had good luck by being the first appt of the day at 9:00 am. If you schedule later, you might have to wait.

My Grandmother told me her one regret was not taking better care of her eyes. So each year I do not mind spending a bunch of money to get the best eyewear. My time is too valuable and I have had allergic reactions to bad frames. I was recommended to go see Jerry Bundy by two friends. His prices were actually very reasonable. He took the time to explain the way they fit the glasses to me. I ended up choosing some higher end frames of course, Etnia Barcelona made in Spain.They are just trendy enough but not too much. When I called several months later because I needed the lenses replaced Jose told me that they were covered under warranty.What a nice surprise. Support this local small family legacy business you will be glad you did.

Dr. Kaplan is very professional with a dedicated staff. She has kept my glaucoma in check now for years. I would highly recommend her your vision and air care needs.

I had 2 cataracts removed over a 2 month period. The facility was very clean and organized. The prep time was on time and efficient. I felt very comfortable. The surgery was smooth and effective. I can now see near and far (Mono Vision). My vision is the best it has ever been. What a great pleasure it is to see clearly and with no glasses needed. Thank you Dr. Joson for your most excellent work.

DR JON JACOBS, Optometrist 2419 E Commercial Blvd, 100 Vision Source Of East Broward Fort Lauderdale, FL 33308, United States Our family were patients of Jon Jacobs for very many years. When our son graduated college his desire was to have Lasik surgery. We went to Dr. Jacobs office to start the procedure. Coincidentally he was a financial partner in the Lasik Center that performs the surgery in their outpatient center. As weeks dragged on, Dr. Jacobs said his eyes were not ready for surgery and said it could have been because our son didn’t wash his contacts or hands! Every week he repeated his approval process. Finally he gave his OK to go ahead with the surgery. Dr. S. Braverman was the surgeon and initially it was looking good. Then inexplicably his vision sharply worsened. After consulting with physicians from Bascom Palmer Eye Hospital the diagnosis was clear….our son had a predisposition to an eye condition that made his cornea surface irregular. In order to see properly your cornea must be flat. His was getting worse as time went by. He is now legally blind without his custom contacts. He became chronically depressed and eventually attempted suicide. We curse you every day for allowing his surgery when weeks of testing came back with negative results. Poor Dr. Braverman,, the surgeon who went ahead on JON JACOBS say so. A young, brilliant life ruined from this!

I went into the store this morning (10 am). First thing that he asked me was about my insurance and started telling me what my insurance provides for me without even seeing why I was there like he just knew that I couldn't afford to be in the store. He told me that I needed to call them instead of seeing if they could even help me. I said let me call them as I was walking out he and the female that was working laughed as I was walking out of the store. I turned around because I Know that they said something about me because he hurried and walked away leaving her standing there by herself looking like a FOOL. IF YOU ALL DON'T WANT BLACK FOLKS PATRONIZING YOUR STORE PUT A SIGN OUT!
