I would strongly recommend Dr. Margolis, excellent doctor. Very patient and kind. He was able to explain my diagnosis in a very simple and straight way but with all the empathy that somebody in the medical field needs. I felt very safe and confident with the treatment he advised. We did the surgery and it was a success and the healing process it's been great. I'm so grateful for having Dr. Margolis taking care of me.

Absolutely amazing service! Julie and Sevana at the square lake at telegraph location were so helpful and knowledgeable. It’s truly shows how much they enjoy their job. They also took time out of their day to email corporate to answer our questions and to help us.

Total Ripoff. Don't ever go there. I have never been to more awful place than here...and to think these people are doctors...

I did not have an appointment, but it had been several years since I had seen the ophthalmologist, and my eyes were gritty, like something was in them. She made time to see me and do a complete exam. She was funny and personable and told me what was wrong with my eyes (dehydrated) and what to do about it (quit drinking soda and start drinking water.) The price of the visit was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend her!

Excellent office! I really loved the welcoming vibe from all the staff. The people who did all the check in and initial tests were very thorough. Loved the doctor. Loved the eyeglass selection! Really glad I was recommended to this practice by Jessica!

My visit was very good . I got a good report from the doctor. Everyone was efficient and things moved through the process quickly for the most part. I will be returning in a year from now for my routine exam. Thank you for your time and care. Kathy Stewart

I took my daughter to ICHS to get a glasses prescription and Dr. Andrea Liem told me that I can go to the specialist clinic for Orthokeratology contact lens. My daughter said goodbye to heavy glasses after using these contact lens. Many thanks to Dr. Andrea Liem because many past doctors have not told us about this method before.

Waited several months for an appointment. I was seen, then told it would be a another couple months before my next appointment for the procedure. I was in need with a large and growing chalazion on my eyelid obstructing my vision. It swelled further and I phoned asking if we could expedite the procedure. They brushed me off and I told them I'd be looking elsewhere. I had the procedure performed in the next few days by an office who cared about my timely need. The procedure only took a half hour. Lazy office unable to prioritize someone in need vs a profitable procedure with no necessary expedition like lasiks. Recap: made me wait 2 months for initial appointment and were happy to take my money, wanted me to wait another couple for a half hour procedure. I had a referral, they should've been prepared to do the rudimentary procedure on the spot without consultation like the other office did. Profit before care

All the staff was super friendly and helpful, especially Scarlett and Jasmine who I interacted with the most at my visit. Dr. Kumar was phenomenal, she provided great feedback and made me feel super comfortable during my visit.

Rude Indian Optometrist, talks to you like she is talking to a child, like I absolutely need her business, terrible human being,she needs some humility, she picks and chooses who she wants to be nice to.
