I had an amazing experience. From start to finish. I was comforted and encouraged as I explained my symptoms to the lady scheduling my appointment.(sorry I don't recall her name but she was phenomenal) I was able to get a same day appointment which is rare most times. My appointment was with Dr. Sol. She had great bedside manners and she was knowledgeable. She took her time to explain my diagnosis and broke down the medical terms she used into laymen's terms to where I could understand them. She was very pleasant and took care to let me know each procedure she was about to perform before she did it. My fear and discomfort was met with a staff who showed care, concern and expertise. I highly recommend Marietta eye clinic.

Tens across the board! I was overdue for a vision exam and was able to easily book an appointment with Dr. Nguyen online. Dr. Anita Nguyen and her entire staff are not only the sweetest humans, but they’re thorough, intelligent and patient. She had the newest tech I have personally seen, which made the exam so much more in-depth than what I am normally used to! Our exam was so informative that it left me a little shocked thinking back on every other eye exam I’ve had in the past. This is the kind of doctor and place you want your entire family and community to see. She is thorough through and through, and I will never go anywhere else!

I went to this eye clinic with one of my employees and them with my daughters 2 of them and I never seen I’m my life a service like that they went above everything with their service and the exams, the doctor was so kind and professional with my daughters and he made everything for to get the right help for them, thanks elite eye clinic 100% recommended for everyone very good prices

The would not stand behind their product. Spent 350.00 on glasses and the transitional lenses malfunctioned. Never, ever use UC 20/20

I want to thank Cindy and Emily for taking the time to repair my husbands glasses while I waited. Both were so kind and a pleasure to speak to. My husbands glasses are like new and he is so thankful to these ladies as well. Highly recommend Walmart Vision Center in Price.

Dr. Liu is quite good, but unless you have one of the first appointments in the AM, expect to wait a LONG, LONG time. Had a 10 AM appointment and saw when signing in that Dr. Liu had two other patients also scheduled for 10AM. Horrible business practice. My mom has been coming to this office for 50 years, but I doubt we will be back.

Place was horrible. The staff attitude is unpleasant no one has customer service skills n PLEASE!!!!!! Do not give ur Social Security number to use insurance no retail store should request that information from you. Ur INS ID should be enough

Professional, expert, patient oriented, all the bells and whistles supporting technology, and dedicated to precise vision Rx. Most thorough and comprehensive optometry eye exam that I have had in the past twenty years at the cost of a regular exam. The front receptionist and the doctor's assistant are both very capable, professional, and quality people. The doctor, Shane Hager, is the best - full stop. Kudos to Tacoma Family Eyecare in Costco, Tacoma.

I cannot say enough positive things about this eye clinic! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and welcoming atmosphere. The staff there truly understands the importance of family oriented care.
