Best experience I've had with an eye doctor! the exam was quick and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Dr. Gerber is a great and thorough doctor!

I'm frustrated with the doctor's office and the staff. Waited four months for my prescription glasses, didn't get the promised call, and spent a total of 50 minutes on hold in two calls in this past month alone. I have trouble seeing my screen bc I get eye strain from it, requiring me to get a pair of glasses with a blue light filter on it. It’s gotten very worse the week prior, hoping to get it this week. They're busy, but keeping promises, especially over the phone, matters. For anyone who is reading this, please go to another place, you’d be saving yourself the trouble.

Extremely unfriendly and rude staffs at this office. Front desk , and specially the lady who does the paper work need to be educated on how to provide customer service. The lady get annoyed if you ask a question related to your visit or charges. This office would not notify you if your ordered items are ready to pickup. had to call few times after 2-3 weeks, asking if glasses are ready to pickup. Would not recommend, highly recommend you find a different office.

Quick and easy! Dr. Clark was pleasant and had us in and out of our exams in 15 minutes with a perfect prescription. Dee was personable and professional, and assisted me equally as quickly with honest opinions, full breakdowns of our benefits and transparent pricing. Can't wait to pick up our glasses once they're ready!!! Highly recommend!

I had my eyes examined by Dr. Lu. I was very impressed that her equipment was the latest technology. The exam was very thorough. When I went to pick up my glasses I questioned the prescription. Dr. Lu took me back to her office and showed me the difference between my old prescription and my new prescription. I could see the difference and in the end I am very satisfied with Dr. Lu. She is very professional and thorough.

I was initially hesitant because the office was quite a drive away for me but their standard of care and professionalism was far above anywhere else. They have it down. Every one that works there seems to happy. I also appreciate that they accommodated my schedule and the long drive by still seeing me if I was early or late to the appointment. Just do it!

This was the worst service I’ve ever had. The commercial for 2 for $79 is what got me to go to the store. I had my exam and when the gentleman that was fitting me for glasses he was VERY DISRESPECTFUL and told me the glasses would be over $500. I asked for other options and he gave me no other options. He’s words “I don’t know what I can do for you”. Your employees need better training on customer service. It is very apparent it is about the money for the company and not for the customer. Returning customers will bring in more money than one time of being disrespected. I will keep anyone from going to the store to protect them from being treated as hateful as I was. PS Not your friend Gustavo Morales!!!!😡😡😡

I have been seen by Dr. Hedlund for the past four years and she is outstanding. Before I leave after each appointment she answers all questions and explains them in an easy understandable manner. The staff there is in my opinion top notch and professional. Even a couple of times I was frustrated but they remained calm and listened and fixed the issue. Thank you all for your patience and understanding. I will continue to take my business to them.
