Modern technology and really attentive staff. The doctors were very thorough and made great recommendations to help my dry eye and allergies with their eye spa wellness packages. The optical has a large selection of unique frames like Chrome Hearts and Cartier which I love. Happy patient who will be back every year

Great doctor -- Dr. White. Nice staff. Glasses prescription finished product did not work after two tries (could not see out of them) and they refused to give me a refund, so that was $1,000 down the drain.

The front office people are professional, accommodating, and very helpful. Dr. Liu very competently and promptly dealt with an urgent eye issue. Although I have visited the office only once, I would definitely go back to Dr. Liu for all of my vision-related needs.

In 2015 I had 2 detached retina’s and she performed vitrectomy eye surgery on both one in May, then another in September. How one was very bad the retina had flipped like a taco and she managed to fix my eye! I’m still good today with both of them. So I found Dr. Fraser to be a perfectionist! She was amazing and I would recommend her highly!

The office was very busy, but the Dr. was very thorough, and explained everything and made me feel comfortable. The lady who helped me select frames, Sundra, was very knowledgeable, and a huge help. We probably talked a lot longer than we should’ve, but she was super nice, didn’t rush me, and was very pleasant to work with.

I decided to come to the Davidoff Optical Center after doing a Google search for eye exams near me and reading the reviews. Honestly at first glance I was taken back by the storefront. I guess I expecting a type of modern superstore. Instead, I walked into a good’ol fashion, traditional, neighborhood eyeglass spot. I was greeted by two friendly ladies inside and then by Robert the technician. I was seen right away and had one of the best eye exam experiences ever. Robert was welcoming and explained the process while moving through the exam. He used a number of high tech machines to gather the information to determine my eyesight. I was ok with it since I misplaced my bifocals and wanted a fresh prescription form a new place. So this was good. I then consulted with the doctor who examined me further and answered my questions. I’m now moving to progressive tri-focal lenses - wish me luck! I was impressed with how well equipped this local shop is and how they used technology. Don’t be fooled by the storefront. I recommend Robert and his team. They are a hidden gem here in Rego Park! Can’t wait to return for my new spectacles!

My mother was a patient of Dr. Lisa Martens, and I, her caregiver, was very pleased with the care she received that I am now a patient. The staff, starting with the receptionist, are very highly trained, and the doctors execute the most impeccable service I have ever received. They explain everything and every detail that is comforting for me to know. I see great teamwork performed and the professional office energy is prevalent throughout the facility. I look forward to my next visit a year later. Thank you for your great service.

This was my First time visiting America’s Best on 2053 WP Ball Blvd in Sanford, Florida. Everyone that’s work at this location was very pleasant and friendly which is a plus in my book. Excellent customer service. Ms Joanne who I went to in the examine room before seeing the doctor was very helpful and explained everything in detail about the exams I had. The Dr. Aton was also polite and friendly and explained about my vision. And the associate who helped me picked out my glasses was very nice and helpful polite as well. Desire was her name. Just an awesome first time visit keep it up with excellent customer service.

Freezing cold, very busy and loud, everyone waiting treated with condescension and with annoymity. Would expect in very poor country.

Highly recommend! I've been going here for years now and Dr. Tina Do and the staff is the absolute best. They are always courteous, professional, and helpful when it comes to their service. I always look forward to seeing Dr. Do because she makes it a pleasant and comfortable experience every time!

Dr Bhat and his team were super nice and kind. It was my first time here but I’ll definitely keep on visiting them for my annual eye exams.
