I have been coming here for a few years, and I keep coming back despite the fact that this office is not in my network. Dr. Rubsam and his staff are consistently friendly, professional, and helpful. They have gone out of their way in more than one occasion to accommodate a need and help me solve problems. The sense that I get from the professionals in this office is consistently one of selflessness and genuine care for patients. I would recommend this office to anyone who is looking into finding an office for an eye doctor.

This optical shop is for Chinese people. You can choose to buy glasses or have your eyes tested here. The service attitude is very good, but the service staff keeps selling, which is a bit over-marketing.

Dr. Akhtar and his team are nice and made me feel very comfortable. They answered all my questions and concerns clearly. You can tell they love helping their patients. The arm on my wife's eyeglass came lose and needed reattachment. I first went to, Optic World (which is also listed as "Fix My glasss" in the same location). I inquired about a repair and they wanted $54. Waaaay to much for a pair of non designer eyeglasses. I got a referral later in the day to Russ Optical. He looked at the glasses and told me he'd be right back. About 7 minutes later he came out of the back with the glasses repaired. I asked how much and he said no charge! I said you godda let me pay somethin'! He said no it was a simple repair. I wholeheartedly recommend Russ for any repair ( your results may vary as far as free repairs) and also any prescription from your doctor!

Worst customer service! They are unable to get my husband in until March 14th when requested a eye tech give me a call to discuss options for contacts to get him through until his appointment which is over a month away they had no answer for me because he was last seen in "2021" he was seen on December 31st 2021. Which was a year and 2 months from his last visit. The customer service has become horrible since Dr. Shook left this office. Big corporation who dont care about their patients/customers.

Dr. Tran was amazing! I had a fantastic experience. The selection of frames was impressive, and the staff helped me find the perfect pair. The atmosphere during my appointment was very comfortable, making the whole visit enjoyable. I highly recommend this eye doctor for their excellent service and frame choices.

Extremely thorough and very professional I left the office feeling very confident that the team covered every aspect of my eye problem and are going to work toward a final solution after all tests come back. Very happy with everyone at Dr Rhee’s office

We love Dr Waldman! He's always so kind, swift, and encouraging. He also answers any and all eye questions! He's very helpful and informative!

Dr. Williams is wonderful. Eyes on You has attentive staff and is reasonably priced. My whole family gets their eyes checked at Eyes on You and has been for years.
