I recently had an emergency visit to Family Eye Center due to a severe eye inflammation. The staff was incredibly accommodating, allowing me to book an appointment and see the doctor on the same day I called. Everyone there was exceptionally helpful and progressive, providing a comfortable environment during a stressful time. The doctor was very kind and thorough, taking the time to explain the condition and the treatment process clearly. I felt genuinely cared for and supported throughout my visit. The quick and efficient service, combined with a professional and compassionate team, really made a difference in my recovery. I highly recommend Family Eye Center for anyone in need of urgent eye care or regular check-ups. Their commitment to patient care and comfort is truly commendable.

I had an appointment but wasn't seen an hour and a half after my scheduled appointment time. Then when she finally saw me it felt very rushed as there was a long line of people after me, who most likely had an appt she was late on. Would not recommend.

Anna was so helpful with me today, I had to write a review about it. I was going to leave without purchasing a much needed pair of glasses since I was a little overwhelmed with the selection. Anna was extremely patient and kind, very eager to help me find the best pair of glasses that would work best for me. She is wonderful! Dr. Ward was great for my eye exam. It was virtual with the help of a technician and it was quick, smooth, and easy. Daniel was an amazing help with choosing a new pair of glasses and ordering contacts. The glasses were ready to be picked up within an hour. Great experience with everyone here!

Surprised to see this location move! I’ve been getting my glasses here for a couple of years. Great service and amazing doctor! I had been having my eyes get very irritated and doctor gave me suggestions and prescribed the best eye drops. I’ve been using them ever since. Daniela is wonderful! She is super patient and great seller! Will keep coming back and recommend.

My overall experience with America’s Best was as easy & smooth as one would desire it to be! I was able to conveniently make my appointment for an exam online for the same day. When I arrived, I was greeted with Hellos & welcome from the whole team. The friendly receptionist on duty checked me in & encouraged me to check out some glasses while I waited to be called in. The exam itself was quick & easy & the eye specialist was also very kind which made the whole process comfortable for me. The team was in plain sight & available to answer any questions. When it came to my payment for the glasses, they had 2 pairs for $79 & I let the specialist know that I was on a bit of a budget & she guided me to what add ons (such as scratch resistant lenses & Anti-glare) would be best to have for my lifestyle. About 2 weeks later, I’ve picked up my glasses & once again they were so kind & professional. They even provided me with a 40% off one additional pair of glasses! When I set up the appointment, I was with a person training. And she was so sweet and enjoyable. When I went to my appointment today, she remembered my name and greeted me warmly. The assistant to the doctor was so funny, and I won the staring contest in the machine. The doctor was wonderful, and had so much knowledge and really enjoyed his job. I would recommend this place to anyone.

It has been over two weeks and I still do not have my glasses. When I called to inquire I was told they would check into it and call me back. I never received a call back. I called again and spoke to a different person who put me on hold for a few minutes and came back on the line to say the lab did not have the frame I selected. If that were the case why did the lab not call?

I have come here twice now and the experience has been incredible both times. The staff is friendly and cheerful, service is very speedy, and the facilities are clean and bright. Last year I had them replace the lens in my old frames but this year bought a new set of frames. The process is simple and easy either way. They also automatically schedule my annual appointment and send multiple appointment reminders via text leading up to the appointment. Saturday appointments are available.
