I was worried to come here when my doctor referred me because I was having vision problems. There were many negative reviews on here. They got me an appointment same day and the staff was extremely friendly. Loved the doctor. Would highly recommend.

Such a great team at the Warby Parker store in KOP! A special thanks to Ave Maria. She was so patient, informative and kind. Found a great pair of frames that I love! As mentioned, others in the store including a young woman that helped adjust the fit of the frame. Can't say enough about how wonderful they were!

He is warm, friendly, professional and explains clearly his diagnosis, answers questions clearly. I highly recommend UW Eye Clinic and Dr. Gottleib.

She's the best ive ever been to! I've got horrible eyes but she's gotten my prescription spot on everytime. She also diagnosed my husbands cataract accurately in 0.2 seconds while kaiser failed to find it at all less than a year prior. She's fast and accurate, I highly recommend her to anyone!!

I recommend AGAINST this provider. The doctor is okay but the hardware and services are pricy and the assistant is so arrogant. She billed my insurance for contact lenses that I did not order and when I called her inquiring as I got the claim from my insurance she blamed it on the doctor and she canceled the bill and said that my benefit amount should be available for me to use with a different provider, which of course was not true. The other provider was not able to bill my insurance as the amount was locked by Nova Eye Care. This resulted in me not being able to use my benefit for 2017 since this happened in the last week of December. The assistant, Sandy, never took ownership of her mistake and never apologized. She called it a misunderstanding. I had to call the doctor and told him this is insurance fraud, only then he wrote me a check with the amount that was locked. He fixed her mistake but I had to be ready angry on the phone to be able to get it right. So unprofessional and so arrogant. I will never go back there again.
